Pilates Liom

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the customer service of this business, I had pre paid for a couple of classes and was told they did not expire till June. When I tried to join those classes I was told that they had expired and that I could not get my money back. I would not recommend this business to anyone in the area. Hopefully they can fix this problem in the future

Negative experience: 1 star is for the customer service received after a highlighting an unclear booking system. No where on the booking did it state it was a waiting list spot. I am disappointed I have to leave a 1 star review for a local business. Unfortunate.

Negative experience: Online booking system is really unclear for new customers. Owner was very unhelpful and unreasonable when contacted to resolve an issue.
