Fantastic experience: Great pilates studio. All the instructors are lively and keep the classes varied. No getting bored here. My wife and I knew one of the instructors which lead us here, but it has been nice meeting everyone else. Space is a little tight, but that is the only hint of a complaint I can come up with. There are a wide range of classes and a great mix of clients across all ages and skill levels. So much so I am often not the only token guy in the sessions!

Fantastic experience: Justin helped me immensely! I came in with a painful hip injury and informed him I had a major championship coming up. With his knowledge he assisted me with Dry Needling and Electrical Pulse Therapy and I was good as new 2 days later to compete! Thank you Justin and the team

Felt completely safe throughout the experience, still enjoyed the class as I normally would, and have recommended the classes to other friends who are looking to get back into the studio.
