Fantastic experience: When I limped into Rebalance Physiotherapy Practice I was in pain due to a knee injury. I was due to go on holiday ten days later and I feared I would have to cancel it, as it involved a lot of walking. The only physio available that evening was Muhammed Mashhood. The first thing that struck me about him when we met was his impeccable English ! Muhammed has a very calm, pleasant manner and he is an excellent communicator. He did a very thorough assessment of my injured knee, did some physical manipulation, followed by some shock wave therapy. Every question I asked, was answered to my satisfaction. I was given an exercise plan to aid my recovery. I did one additional session with Muhammed, before I went on holiday, and the improvement in my knee was remarkable...I walked several km a day without any problem ! I have no hesitation in recommending Muhammed ...he is excellent at his job and one feels completely confident in his care.

Fantastic experience: I have worked closely with Daniel Quinn in getting balance and related issued restored after a cycling accident, which led to brain damage. Daniel is excellent in prescribing activities to help my condition, amending them to make them a bit more demanding as I progress, or adjusting to accommodate any problems. This is not the sort of regimen one can do entirely on one's own because keeping the activities just demanding enough to remain worthwhile takes a trained outsider to monitor details of progress. He is excellent at what he does and I am glad I found him to help me overcoming my head injury.

Negative experience: Only 2 appointments with Muhammad, good Physio but always 10/15min late, I went for nothing today as I had a professional meeting to attend so could not allow for being late.

Positive experience: As always, coming out of the ReBalance Physiotherapy with good news. Very pleased with the services provided. Not only good at what they do, but good as human beings, too. Fantastic experience: Before I started working with Daniel, my shoulder bothered my on a daily basis and I was severely restrained in what I could do in terms of my fitness goals. Everyday tasks like pushing open a door could lead to short, sharp bursts of pain. Daniel was quick to diagnose the problem and create a personalised and simple plan. Since then, I've been able to feel steady progress through implementing Daniel's advice. Exercises that were previously a "no-go" are now pain-free. My bad shoulder has gone from being 40% as strong as my good shoulder to 80% now, and still getting better. Daniel was sure to update my programme as soon as I hit a plateau, and the progress I've made has been immensely beneficial to my fitness goals. I no longer feel like there's exercises that I'll never be able to do again! I find particularly helpful the fact that they email me images of the rehab exercises I need to be doing, so I don't have to try to remember them during the session. I would absolutely recommend Daniel to anyone requiring physiotherapy. He's a friendly, professional and knowledgeable guy and I'll be forever grateful for what he's done for me.

Fantastic experience: I am a US citizen who recently traveled to Dublin. When I arrived, I had developed a very painful case of sciatica in my right hip and leg. I could barely sit due to the pain. I searched online and found Rebalance Physiotherapy and made an online appointment. I had a 30-minute session with Daniel Quinn. After I described my symptoms and he performed an examination, Mr. Quinn used dry needling and deep massage to treat the problem areas. When I left, I was almost 100% pain free, and I have remained pain free for 4 weeks. He gave me a reasonable exercise program for the remainder of our vacation. I am so thankful that we found this practice. It saved our vacation. I highly recommend this practice. We were travelers and were treated with the highest level of respect. Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the treatment. Daniel seemed very knowledgeable about my issue, explained everything well, treated me professionally (trigger point massages and dry needling) and gave me suitable exercises. Then she was able to prescribe very effective exercises which lead to a much improved situation. I felt very motivated to actually do the exercises. The place itself is bright and airy, and the practitioners (Daniel in my case) are very competent and knowledgeable about the workings of the human body, and the related remedial exercises. A very effective and efficient set-up.

Fantastic experience: My first time visiting ReBalance Physiotherapy was in 2020. I sprained the same ankle a few times and my friend and her husband recommended Daniel there. After 2 or 3 sessions and trying the simple exercises (sent by email and it was very useful to follow), I have not sprained the same ankle. However, I sprained my wrist over a month ago. While the pain was not severe as long as I did not move my wrist, I could not lift heavy things therefore I decided to visit there again. Daniel could tell what exactly had happened to my wrist. After the treatment, I got an easy exercise plan which can be done in 5 minutes. I really appreciate Daniel who is knowledgeable, professional and friendly and made me laugh regardless of the pain :D In addition, my friends, my husband's friends and colleagues have been treated by him as well and everyone gave us positive feedback on their treatments. Met with DK who determined the issue, evaluated its severity, worked on it and then gave me a set of exercises to do at home so I could continue recovery myself. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Daniel for over a year now. Initially, I saw Daniel for a Patellar Knee Tendinopathy that I had for longer than I could remember. Previously, I had already seen 2 consultants, many physiotherapists and went through countless treatments without success. Daniel was immediately very hopeful but at the same time realistic with expectations. He explained very well what was the problem and gave me realistic expectations on the duration of the treatment needed to heal the inflammation. Through a series of simple yet effective exercises, dry needle, massages, a lot of patience and strict consistency the knee pain improved day after day and was eventually was gone. I went back playing football and I am now more aware of what to do to keep my knee healthy. Since then, Daniel has become my trusted physiotherapist for all of my little issues. He has also started to treat my 16 years old boy who plays football and needs often to be seen for little issues. Courtney was professional and extremely thorough in her assessment. Massage & Dry Needling all done in one consultation. Good exercises with an online portal to view your individual plan if needed... (videos included!) It is covered with my Private Health Care so that makes it even better.

Fantastic experience: I have only recently started my physiotherapy course but I am already quite satisfied: Amanda was able to identify my problem straight away and establish the therapy to be carried out. Although my problem is not easy to manage, I always feel comfortable when I have my check-up and I am sure that I will improve soon.
