Fantastic experience: Have had such a positive experience with Kavita. Went in with a back problem and within a couple of weeks, my back was feeling stronger than it has done in a few years. Within a few minutes she had identified what the problem was. I have made so much progress, cannot thank Kavita enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Max Physio for Sports massage and physio and have seen Jack Seddon for both. Sports massage was highly effective and he gave plenty tips on how to stretch and strength train trigger areas. Currently working with him to rehab sprained ankle and find him very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Sammi Halim was recommended to me by my doctor for vertigo ,medication had failed and I was sceptical but desperate. A year later and I still am vertigo free! That is the least of it, I have suffered from multiple issues, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and migraines to name a few, I have literally gone in with a stick and unable to hold even a bag and have walked out unaided, no exaggeration! I have been to multiple physios over the past 20 years or more and I was ngrateful for them all but I never got the relief from the pain that I get now, I think Sammi is extremely gifted and the use of dry needling, deep tissue massage, and the rehabilitation exercises combination work so well for me! I would not really leave reviews but my visits have been life changing and if my review can help anyone else with chronic daily pain , to benefit from his knowledge and dedication to find relief for his patients I feel I should! I feel very lucky to have found this physiotherapist as I am now able to do much more and with far fewer relapses.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend maxphysio, I attended Lowry for physio who is very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and patient. I attended during pregnancy related back issues, following two physio session and her guidance on stretches to do at home, as well as attending pilates my back and shoulder issues are completely resolved now. In addition I have attend pilates both in Clonakilty and Bandon and find all the instructors excellent and personally my core strength, and flexibilty continue to improve on a weekly basis! I am really enjoying the classes, thanks again !!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my course of treatment by Lowry at MaxPhysio for severe 'frozen shoulder' - severe pain doing regular movements with my arm. Lowry was recommended by my GP for a course of physio following an initial steroid injection. Very professional service covering exercises, massage, dry needling, etc. More or less back to full range of movement following 4 visits. Very happy to recommend.

Fantastic experience: Delighted with the recovery process I got with MaxPhysio, specifically thanks to the professionalism and care of Sami who is absolutely brilliant! Would recommend going to MaxPhysio and ask for Sami as physiotherapist. I had a shoulder surgery which needed 6month physiotherapy and was super happy.

Fantastic experience: Having never done any exercise before I arrived with sever lower back pain two bad knees, two bad ankles and a dislocated shoulder from an injury 20 years ago, that was two months ago, now I have no recollection of knees ankle or back pain and more range in my shoulder than I can ever remember, all chefs should really give this a go as we stand with bad posture for long periods of time it has changed everything for me I can’t recommend highly enough. Fantastic experience: I recently started reformer pilates in max physio Bandon , I go to Claire’s class on a Saturday morning and Victoria’s on a Tuesday night , I can not recommend them both highly enough , excellent instruction and patience , a lot to learn initially but they make it all so easy and enjoyable , class is an hour but seems to be over in a flash , time flys when having fun !!

Fantastic experience: I attend Claire’s class in Bandon on Saturdays! The introductory class was really helpful to get to know the machines and the basic moves. Claire is really welcoming and tailors all her classes to everyone’s individual goals and needs. I personally am a dancer who’s had to work through some injuries and I’ve found her classes have really helped my strength, flexibility and body awareness (and they’re fun :) ) Would definitely recommend trying it out!

Fantastic experience: I am thoroughly enjoying Reformer Pilates at MaxPhysio Bandon. Had never tried it before, and I am so glad I did! The instructors are really friendly, patient and supportive! I usually go to Claire on Saturday mornings and I am enjoying her class the most. She's a brilliant instructor and her classes are lots of fun too. I love the fact that you can pick which class(es) to attend depending on what suits you each week. They offer great flexibility and you are not stuck to the same day/time each week, if that does not suit you. The App for booking classes is easy to use. What else can I say, if you've been thinking about giving it a shot, I would highly recommend you go for it!

Fantastic experience: I went to MaxPhysio with a knee injury where I worked with Lowry. From the first visit Lowry was very engaging and showed outstanding knowledge. Lowry was very thorough and supportive throughout my visits to the clinic. Thankfully, with the great help at MaxPhysio I made a very quick recovery while also learning a few top tips to help me stay injury free in the future as I continue to play field sports.
