Fantastic experience: I had a Kobido massage/facial with Alicja which I highly recommend. Pregnancy friendly and I was so relaxed I had a few mini naps during the session. Very good value and well worth the trip from Cork city. Alicja takes time to explain everything beforehand and take your specific needs into consideration. Definitely book if considering it

Fantastic experience: I have had several Kobido- Japanese Face Massages and find it extremely beneficial to relax facial muscles and improve the skin’s complexion. This massage also includes a neck, back and shoulders massage which is really beneficial for those who work at a desk. Alicja is extremely helpful in providing exercises for good posture, providing information on the techniques she is using and products used. I would highly recommend this treatment!

Fantastic experience: I have found the reformer pilates with West Cork Reformer Pilates brilliant. I have become so aware of how I use my different muscles and have seen a great improvement in my core strength and posture. Both my running and swimming have benefitted greatly from the sessions and I would highly recommend Agata's one on one training sessions.
