Fantastic experience: Odyssey Pilates and all the amazing staff are hands down incredible, I started a year ago not knowing what to expect and Jamee was incredible, introduced me to a fundamentals workshop which was a fantastic starting point fast forward to a year later and I feel so much stronger, and I can’t get enough, the girls are so knowledgeable , dedicated and inspiring and Michelle really puts me through the paces it feels like a complete body workout. To anyone who is on the fence about starting absolutely do, it won’t take you long and you will be addicted in such a welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly environment where you can take things at your own pace ❤️

Fantastic experience: I started at Odyssey Pilates as a complete beginner and now feel so much more confident in the studio. The staff are fantastic, so encouraging and approachable. The classes are small (just 5 people) which makes it easy to get guidance and ensure you’re doing each move correctly. I can’t recommend this studio enough!

Fantastic experience: Since relocating from Dublin to Kilkenny a few years ago I have been through every gym in Kilkenny and have probably attended every class there is to attend in the City but since starting in Odyessy I feel I have finally found something that matches the standard of classes in bigger cities! I never don’t want to attend a class! The girls are so experienced, encouraging and kind and are so welcoming and supportive to everyone no matter their level! My only regret is I didn’t start sooner! If you are on the shelf …. Just go for it! You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Having done Pilates in Dublin for years, I was looking for a dynamic studio that would push me and Odyssey is that. I have been a client since 2022, I found Jamee and her studio when I was 4 months postpartum and she honestly gave me a new lease of life. Odyssey is an approachable studio with fantastic instructors. I continued class during my second pregnancy and both Jamee and Etain were knowledgeable, helpful and considerate with my classes and modifications. And when I returned postpartum both Jamee and Michelle were fantastic at helping me post c-section. I honestly can’t rate them highly enough. One of the best studios in Kilkenny.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved from Dublin to Kilkenny and I’m so thrilled to have found Odyssey! It’s a beautiful studio and the small class sizes mean you almost get 1:1 attention. The instructors are all fab and so encouraging.

Jamee & the team at Odyssey are very supportive, motivational & encouraging. I especially love my classes with Michelle. And the studio is beautiful
