Fantastic experience: A great course. Nichola was keen to deepen our understanding of the reformer. She is obviously very passionate about teaching and passing on her love of Pilates to the whole class. I came away with a thorough knowledge of the machines and how to teach the classes.

Fantastic experience: I can safely say that I am a convert! Nichola and everyone at Pilates Boutique have changed my idea of what Pilates can do for you. Not only can it improve posture and strengthen your core, but it has certainly helped me with my back issues. My back pain has resolved and I now feel leaner and stronger. Each workout is specifically targeted to meet your needs! Don’t be intimidated by the look of the machine (not torturous) it is a wonderful, challenging and fun way to push your body in the the good sense! Fantastic experience: I absolutely love reformer pilates. I started as a beginner and I'm now in the mixed classes. There's a maximum of 6 people per class so it isn't daunting. Great way of meeting new people along with the obvious health benefits. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I started reformer Pilates in 2019 when my physio recommended it to support my running. I did the taster session and was hooked! I love the full body work out I get every time I attend a class and every class is different. I always feel it the next day so I know I have worked hard. I saw benefits very quickly in my running from the muscle building and core strengthening exercises. Pelvic floor is also stronger from the classes which all mums need. I love the detailed guidance given by Nicola and her highly trained instructors, they are always watching to ensure we are in the correct position every step of the way. Highly recommend if your looking for a new workout routine this Autumn.
