Fantastic experience: Have had several injuries in the last 2 years and have found Elevate to be a fantastic physio to work with. Very nice space and very friendly to deal with. Very clear directions on exercises and recovery and I like that the app provided details all the key exercises that I need to follow. Would recommend

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Elevate Physiotherapy for over two years now. Aisling's level of service & treatment is above the standard. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, Elevate is the best Physio clinic. They have also recently extended into a pilates studio which is fantastic for beginners. The classes are great and a nice way to stretch out your body. Aisling goes above and beyond for her patients.

Fantastic experience: The best in the business. Quite literally. My back was in complete spasm when I called for an appointment, I was lying immobile in bed and had been limping around for 2 days beforehand trying to stretch myself out. Aisling luckily had a free appointment slot later that afternoon, I poured myself into a taxi to bring me right to the door because I couldn’t walk more than 100 yards. Within the space of 45 minutes I had huge relief from pain, was able to move relatively freely and was on the path to recovery. Had one check in appointment the following week and haven’t had a recurrence of the issue since. I genuinely can’t recommend Elevate Physiotherapy highly enough; phenomenal service and professionalism, beautiful studio that’s easy to access and real results. Thanks Aisling!

Fantastic experience: Movement class on Saturday with aisling is a must for everyone! I hate holding poses in palates but aisling made it fun and the time flew!

Fantastic experience: I found Aisling’s page on Instagram and came to her clinic with an issue I had been having for 1.5/2 years and had neglected to address. The main issue turned out to be coming from a totally different area than I had presumed which resulted in the pain and discomfort I experienced. Aisling was so knowledgeable and insightful and even in such a short space of same thanks to the in person apps and plan she gave me to follow on the app in between I had essentially no pain after experiencing it daily. The price point was also so reasonable and I felt that I was listened to and afforded the required time and not rushed like what happens in many other services!

Fantastic experience: Aisling is an absolute wizard and I would highly recommend her as a physio to anyone in need of one! I have had a bad lower back for many years and once I started seeing Aisling on a regular basis the pain I was so used to started to subside and in time it went completely. This was purely down to the work Aisling did on my back as well as her guidance regarding how I could manage the pain moving forward. Aisling is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and is just a joy to visit as she is so friendly, fun and really patient, which means so much when you are struggling with pain for a long time.

Fantastic experience: I went to Aisling for Chronic Achilles Tendonitis which I have had on and off for 20+ years. Before going to Aisling I was getting Shockwave therapy for a year or so which worked to a point. She brought it all back to basics and after 10 or so sessions plus religiously doing the exercises in between sessions my tendonitis was gone. She was very encouraging at all times and I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Aisling for years and highly recommend Elevate Physio and Performance. If you have any additional health considerations, Aisling is highly competent and can advise you if exercise modifications are needed. There is great comfort in training with a personal trainer who is also a highly qualified, knowledgeable and interested physiotherapist. The workouts are challenging but relaxed and focused on learning, mobility and building strength. Aisling is an excellent Pilates teacher, and delivers exceptional mat and reformer classes. Aisling provides 5 star service in a relaxed, private, professional and motivating setting, highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Aisling has been great with helping me recover after my back surgery, that I had over a year ago. I was lucky to find a specialist that is versatile, has a wide knowledge and is able to assist me in all stages of my recovery. From physiotherapy to one on one Pilates sessions that Aisling designed around my specific injury and needs to help me progress with my recovery. Within a few months I was able to start gym training to progress even further with regaining strength and conditioning, now being able to lift heavy weights and walk without limitations. I couldn’t recommend Aisling enough. Being nervous at first that I might have a relapse of the injury, I found comfort in knowing that I am training with a professional that is experienced as a personal trainer as well as physiotherapist.
