Sandra is so well educated and informed on best practice to ensure comfort yet benefit from each class. I feel more educated and relaxed going into birth after this class and have more tools available to me to ease my mind. I highly recommend this class.

Fantastic experience: I attended mat and reformer pilates classes this week. The trainers are so welcoming that you immediately feel comfortable. Both classes were so enjoyable and challenging enough that you feel you have had a great workout. The trainers modify the moves so that the classes work for all levels. I would strongly recommend The Pilates Barre to all who want to start or continue their fitness program. I will certainly be back!

Fantastic experience: This place is superb! I am currently doing the reformer classes here but I have also done their challenging mat and barre classes and I love them all. You really feel it during(!) and after the class/ the next day. The instructors are professional but lovely, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Love the flexibility to enrol and attend different class if unable to make my usual slot. Left last night buzzing. A tough class but great fun and worth it on so many levels. Sandra brings such unreal positive energy to the class…. Great music too! Loved it!

Fantastic experience: Sandra was so professional & explained everything as we went through the 1:1 Reformer session. She encouraged me in a gentle, positive manner & I felt very safe in her teaching style. If like me you're a bit anxious about attending a group class, having never used a reformer before, then the 1:1 option is great. Looking forward to my next session already!

Fantastic experience: Suffer from auto immune and arthritic pain and since going twice a week to the team at Pilates Barre the flares have reduced significantly. The team are so aware of everyones abilities and limitations and always adjust classes to suit. They also toughen the class up to suit!!! An extremely knowledgeable and professional crew.
