Fantastic experience: Excellent! I started years ago under recommendation from my consultant. The relief from back pain was pretty immediate. Since then, I've kept it up, wirh no return of back pain and never feeling so good.

Fantastic experience: Great fun. Excellent attention paid by Christie to each individual. Hybrid Availablity on zoom or in person .Ideal for those over 50 as stretching and flexibility and strength all worked on. Also has individual classes . Christie is so kind that all her clients feel like her friends and she minds everyone.

She runs a wonderful studio with a great crew of teachers . I have started her classes on zoom and I am really enjoying . She is very innovated, always keeping up with what’s going on out there . Fantastic experience: Not your average barre workout - ballet-lates is a complete ballet experience! Christie is a wonderful teacher with a professional ballet background who takes time and patience to make sure everyone is practicing at their own level of ability. I feel taller after every class!
