Fantastic experience: My 9 year old daughter has been doing weekly classes with Jola for almost a year now. She is a competitive dancer and we thought Pilates would be beneficial for her core, posture, flexibility and most importantly to try and prevent injury! My little girl loves to attend her sessions with Jola, she makes it fun and has a natural nurturing, kind approach to her teaching. Jola is a wealth of knowledge and has given us some fantastic advise, she was the first person to spot a tightness in my daughters back which contributed to other issues in her dancing technique and we were able to work on it instantly before further issues arose. We can’t speak highly enough about our friend Jola ♥️
Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Jolas class once a week for 2 years. The change in my posture and bone density has been amazing. Her one on one attention to each class member is fantastic. The exercises are brilliant and Jola fosters friendships and happiness in each of us. I will definitely be continuing these classes.

Fantastic experience: I joined Jola's classes in September 2024 . I am very pleased with my progress. Jola is very patient and is a great instructor. Jola encourages us and gets such a variety of exercises into her classes. I do feel her classes have really benefited me.
Fantastic experience: I have been going to Jola's pilates classes for several years and find them very beneficial. At the moment I'm attending the osteopilates class. Jola is very thorough at checking everyone's correct posture and position while doing the exercises and goes to each person to help them to get the correct position if necessary. Jola, to profesjonalna instruktorka i fajna bardzo życzliwa osoba,która czasem też żartem rzuci, więc po pilatesie czuję się wyciszona, uspokojona, zrelaksowana , nie czuję się już ociężała ,bez bólu pleców i stawów.Zniknął również mój problem ze snem. Fantastic experience: Jola provides great classes. I improved my balance and I am more aware of my posture. My walking speed improved and I don't need to stop any more to get a break to gasp the air when I walk. Weights are super add to the class, as I feel stronger. My coordination is better.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Jola enough, I have suffered with constant pain for 3 years before I met her and after just a couple of weeks I am pain free. On meeting Jola for the first time I explained to her what my problem was and on my second visit to her she had researched everything she could on my complaint. I also attend her oesteo pillattes group classes in the Killarney Sports and Leisure Centre and have also benefited greatly from these classes also
Fantastic experience: Since starting Yola's Pilates classes I have noticed a real improvement in my core strength, my stability, and my flexibility. Yola places great emphasis on proper technique for the prevention of injuries. This makes her classes both challenging and rewarding, regardless of level of fitness. I would highly recommend Yola's Pilates to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I attend the chair and balance Pilates with Jola once a week. Since beginning the classes I have noticed many health improvements and my range of movement has improved immensely. The class focuses on balance, pelvic floor exercises and over all body strength which have all had a positive impact on my overall health. Fantastic experience: "Pilates with Jola" (Jola Hebda) is the most effective form of physical exercise in the fight against back pain / spinal pain / sciatica ... plus the feeling of endorphins after exercise :) What is very important Jola flexibly adapts exercises to the needs and skills of her charges - she listens and she can explain well how to do the exercise. Many times I came to her with pain and left after 40 minutes without pain. Jola is not a random "Pilates person" one of many (I practiced Pilates in the past with other people) -She intensively develops her skills in this area - she has a lot of knowledge in this area , that is why I can recommend her with full confidence. "Pilates with Jola" jest to najbardziej efektywna forma ćwiczeń fizycznych w walce z bólem plecow/kregosłupa/rwy kulszowej...plus uczucie endorfin po zakończonych ćwiczeniach :) Co jest bardzo ważne Jola elastycznie dopasowuje ćwiczenia do potrzeb i umiejętności osób ćwiczących-słucha ich i potrafi dobrze wytłumaczyć jak wykonać dane ćwiczenie poprawnie. Wiele razy przyszłam do Niej z bólem, a wyszłam po 40 minutach bez bólu. Jola nie jest zwyczajną "Panią od Pilatesu" jedną z wielu. (praktykowałam Pilates z różnymi osobami/trenerami w przeszłości. Ona intensywnie rozwija swoje umiejętności w zakresie Pilatesu-ma bardzo duża wiedzę w tym temacie dlatego właśnie z całym zaufaniem mogę Ją polecić.
Fantastic experience: I am not an exercise lover, but Pilates with Jola is a unique experience. Jola is flexible regarding the time of traning, which suits my busy schedule. She is professional, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I exercise twice a week for about a year now. The difference in the posture, core strength and muscle tone is AMAZING. To be honest, I did not expect any visual results, so I am absolutely trilled with the effects. If you, like me, spend time working online, there is no better way to get in shape than Pilates with Jola. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have always been nervous around pilates but Jola is such a high level instructor that I feel I am in safe hands. Already after just a few classes I can see the difference in my posture and balance. You are never too old to start. That’s what Jola said at our first meeting and she’s right. Fantastic experience: Jola has given a course of pilates with Ballyspillane Childcare Service, Killarney, Pre-school class aged between 4 and 5 years old. The children thoroughly enjoyed Jola's classes and looked forward to seeing Jola each week. Jola is very patient, kind and caring during her pilates classes with the children and a true professional also. We would highly recommend Jola to Preschools and National Schools.

Fantastic experience: I did ante natal classes with Jola and would highly recommend her. She tailored the class around my ability which kept changing throughout pregnancy. Also she was always very friendly and flexible. I was very happy with the classes and I would have missed it. Thanks to her I did hardly lose any core strength and it is easy to start with pelvic floor exercises again!
