Fantastic experience: Fantastic Pilates studio with amazing staff! I attend both Barre and Reformer and love the variation of classes and the attention that Rebecca and all her instructors give. Lovely friendly atmosphere that I look forward to every week. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very best studio I’ve ever been to in 17 years of Pilates (& a lot of travel). Incredible vibe, so warm & fun & energising. Rebecca is a fantastic instructor, always pushing you to the very edge of your capability, but in a really motivating, safe way. Wonderful tribe of women in a super positive atmosphere. Best playlists, often feels like Studio 54 disco vibes I always leave on a complete endorphin high ❤️⚡️

Fantastic experience: What good energy and positive vibes!! I love the classes at KPS. I've done barre and reformer and find that the classes are well-structured, challenging, and also really enjoyable. The instructors are not only highly skilled but also really friendly and passionate about what they do. The energy in the studio is amazing —positive, motivating, and contagious. I always leave feeling great! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great to be back for Reformer class with Rebecca and her highly qualified team ! The classes are so well planned and the atmosphere is always so inclusive and friendly!! Can t wait for Barre this morning Roll on ‘25!!

Positive experience: I recently attended a Reformer Pilates class, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The studio had a cold atmosphere, which made it uncomfortable to stay focused throughout the session. there was loud banging from a room upstairs, which was distracting. The class itself also felt a bit repetitive. I left feeling disappointed. I “definitely” won’t be back.
