Negative experience: There was a girl who worked here,I've heard she has been bullied by the manager!She was a very professional girl and a joy to meet,Clients loved to see her and she give her heart and soul to this place,I and others whom I've spoken too will not be back!

Negative experience: Sad to be writing this, but after emailing my concerns to the former GM two weeks ago and not even receiving an acknowledgement, I feel I have no choice but to post here. The truth is that the owners have stopped investing in this club. It feels like it’s all about the money now. Every year we get the same price-increase email dressed up with talk of “investment,” yet even basic maintenance is ignored. The carpet has been worn through in places for over a year. If senior management ever looked up from their spreadsheets during visits, they’d see it too. There’s no excuse. Members have been asking for a proper lateral pull-down for ages. Instead, we’re left improvising with a battered cable bar on another machine. Heating and air conditioning are non-existent yet rising energy costs are still used to justify higher fees. Staff turnover is constant. Perhaps if staff were treated as fitness professionals rather than cleaners or salespeople, they’d stay longer and create the kind of experience members would gladly recommend. Jordan, as many reviews mention, is a real asset — but for how much longer? I don’t mind paying more for quality, but right now this gym is basic. The only reasons I’ve stayed are the short drive and the parking. I wish the new manager well — she sounds determined to make improvements. But unless the owners back her with real investment, all the promises in the world won’t matter. I’m sure some other members feel the same and will walk if things do not improve.

Negative experience: I would like to bring to your attention an issue at your gym. One of the younger instructors, a man with glasses, tends to behave in an unfriendly and at times even aggressive manner, and the classes he leads feel unprofessional. We feel that we are not receiving the quality of service we are paying for. We sincerely hope for a friendly, supportive, and motivating atmosphere during the workouts. We would be grateful if the management could look into this situation and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Positive experience: I have been working out here for 3 months, and the gym is decent. The major issue here is that nobody follows the rules, no towel, the weights are all disorganised, and a specific lady the loves to moan.

Positive experience: Very decent gym, staff are all very friendly and helpful and good facilities. Only one bench and one Smith machine so doesn't cope well when it's busy. However the biggest criticism is the lack of a water point, screams of money grabbing when you have to shell out a few euro for a bottle of water from the vending machine when you run out.

Negative experience: Cancellation policy are really weird and unfair. I quit the gym on June 21 and they still want me to pay for full July. The lifting zone is really small compared with the cardio zone.

Negative experience: Responce to your reply 4 days ago: Thank you for your reply, but it's not everything TRUE on your reply back! Your STAFF LET my 15years old daughter and her friend who is almost a year younger, use your exercise machines for 2 hours and when they finish, STAFF TOLD them, that they CAN JOIN, just it should be ADULT to SIGN them up! Is your STAFF KNOW THE POLICY?! Or IT'S DIFFERENT POLICY ON TRIAL for U16?! As your staff knew that they were not 16 yet before they let them in! 2nd, if someone was showing attitude, that was your manager by talking on top multiple times and wiggling his hands! And I wasn't pushing anyone to get PT to my daughter! I just asked if would be possible to join the gym with PT and on the same time, my daughter just said that she knows how to use machines ( she had PT before and was shown) and your manager in rude manner pointing with hand to her start calling her chicky and said if she talks to him back she wouldn't be able to back in August when she be 16!!!. Also my daughter was trying to ask what did she said wrong?! Either me and her was in shock and could not understand why he got so angry?! We just left the gym!!! And yes, I'm sure there is CCTV ,so you can check it... '' and yes, I'm happy to clarify to you back....'' Regards Lina Maybe it is a nice place, but the manager or head of this gym or whatever who he was is absolutely rude!!! The minute we came in, we felt like we were not welcome at all!!! Everything that we wanted is to sign up for teenagers and because they are not 16 yet to get a personal trainer if it's possible!!! Well, we didn't get any answer,he just kicked us out! And funny is that the day before,they let those teenagers exercise for 2 hours to see if they like it! Teens are not welcome and are left on street life!!! Absolutely Shame... Never again, not in this place for sure...

Fantastic experience: This is coming from a girl who had no confidence so I had no interest in joining a gym, but I have to say I am delighted I joined, my husband joined when it first opened and he had allways said it was great and I should join, but I had the dread fear of people looking and intimidating me, so one day I said I'd give one class a go and I have to say I absolutely love it, I have to say the place is allways spotless and all equipment is cleaned down after use(that I have seen) great atmosphere no intimidating what so ever.Great selection of weights and machines I have done classes with Joe, srienna and they are not afraid to push you great coaches, couldn't recommend it enough

Fantastic experience: I'm a member of one of the other energie gyms and can say that these gyms are fully equipped with everything you need. I look forward to seeing this one when it gets open
