Fantastic experience: Visited Barry at Optimum Physio in Innishannon yesterday, one of multiple visits in the last number of months. The service provided is always exceptional. If the issue isn't resolved in one visit, there is always a clear plan on how to move forward. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Who knew muscles could be a right pain in the neck, quite literally. After months (maybe years) of niggling neck issues, a new physio clinic in my locality prompted me to finally do something about it. Deciding to give this aspiring business a go, I booked my second ever physio appointment. Thankfully, it turns out Jen is some kind of horse whisperer, or muscle whisperer more like it. With the aid of a few dry needles, I'm back to tip top wrestling-my-kids-on-the-floor kind of form. Thanks Jen!
