Fantastic experience: I am currently on maintenance phisio therapy with Heather o Brien .I am now completely painfree Following all Excercises advised to me by Heather. Post Caudual Epidural February 2025 .I am now currently Well in to my maintenance care phisio therapy treatment now Thank you so much Heather Very much appreciated

Fantastic experience: I have received treatment from Heather for the last few months and I felt instantly better after my first appointment, as well as every appointment after that! Initially I was in a lot of pain, which would keep me awake at night and my movement was very restricted. After my first appointment, the changes can only be described as dramatic - my quality of life improved massively! I only wish I had come in sooner. Heather has helped me with exercises to work on in my own time, and has watched me move and complete exercises to help improve my form and movement.
