Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Olive Keys Pilate classes in Lecarrow Co. Roscommon and her online classes. The classes are fantastic and Olive is a wonderful Pilates instructor with a wealth of knowledge in the field. She is always encouraging and motivating us in the class. Over the last number of months I have seen great changes to my body. I have improved my posture, my upper body strength and I have toned up. My shoulder pain and discomfort has significantly improved to. The whole experience is fantastic and I would encourage anyone to join her classes. She has classes for beginners, intermediates and at advanced levels.The whole experience is fantastic and for me it is great escapism.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Olive Keyes pilates classes in Lecarrow and her online zoom classes. She is a fantastic instructor and is great at tailoring the pilates positions to the level of the group. No class is too easy or too difficult and she has classes for all ability levels, Olive explains every move very well. I've been going for a few years now and my flexibility has definitely improved and I love the feeling afterwards. I look forward to my Pilates class each week and only wish I could fit in more!

Fantastic experience: I joined the evening classes at Pilates Olive Keyes at the Studio in Lecarrow, Co. Roscommon in Jan ‘22 and have been a regular for the past 12 months. The classes have greatly helped to improve my posture and core. I don’t suffer as much with neck, shoulder and back pain as I used to in the past. The range of exercise through each Pilates class varies and I have found my core muscles improve week on week. Olive holds the classes at a good pace and her style for motivation and encouragement to me and other is first class. Thanks so much Olive !
