Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing classes. Sara is a wealth of knowledge. Classes are so enjoyable and you really feel you have worked so hard. She’s so in tune with her clients and their specific needs and is extremely aware of safety and prevention of injury! I’ve been doing reformer Pilates for years and Sara is the best instructor I’ve ever had!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Mindful Movements’ Reformer Pilates sessions for a number of years, and my physical fitness has improved immensely as a result. Sara’s classes are never repetitive, she designs each term to give an all round workout, and she also gives special attention to individual needs, such as injuries or post operation. The range of equipment is varied, and always well maintained.

Fantastic experience: Sarah is a wonderful Reformer Pilates instructor!!! She’s very informative & educates you in class which is different every week!! Sarah even gives you homework (adaptations to do at home) One of the main reasons I have been going to her studio mindful movements for 7/8yrs now… I have tried lots of different forms of exercise & this is the only one I have stuck with… I feel great after every class … only wish I could get the time to go 3 times a week
Fantastic experience: I started Pilates over a year ago with Sara. I had a lower back issue and I was recommended to do Pilates with Mindful Movements. This was my first experience of reformer and I will never look back. Sara has great knowledge and expertise in her work. She brings great energy and a positive attitude to each class. Each week she checks in to see how you felt after the class the previous week. The classes cater to different levels and she will modify and personalise the class for you if you have any injury. Each week I feel I am getting stronger and stronger and very well connected with my body. I would highly recommend Mindful Movements!

Fantastic experience: Six months ago, I started reformer pilates in the Mindful Movements studio - my first experience of reformer. Sara has been my instructor in all that time and she is absolutely brilliant! She has great energy and a lovely way of engaging the class. She checks in with each student individually as they warm up, to see how they felt after the previous week's class. She is mindful of ability and underlying injuries of each individual. Combined with her knowledge and experience you are in safe hands, and the hour goes quickly! Classes have variations and progressions for different abilities and you will feel like you've worked, lengthened and strengthened! Also, the waiting space is amazing (come early to enjoy it!) and the studio is pristine with a lovely relaxing ambiance. 5 stars easily!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic Pilates class. Sara is an amazing teacher who encourages and helps everyone in her class to progress at their own level. Instruction is very clear and the class flies by. The space is very clean and beautiful and the equipment excellent. I have been going since last Autumn and have improved so much. Highly recommend
Fantastic experience: I've been attending mindful movements since 2017 and it is by far the best form of exercise that I've ever found. Sara is an incredible instructor but also has a wealth of knowledge about anatomy. As somebody with an injury, I trust Sara 100% and wouldn't go to anyone else. Sara is extremely intuitive and is always there to support the needs of the person. I would highly recommend the classes to anyone, but particularly to anyone with an injury because Sara understands the body so well and can really help in getting back to full function. The classes really are suited to all levels and stages of life and the studio is really spacious and bright which makes it a lovely environment to exercise in.
Fantastic experience: I started Pilates 6 months ago and I LOVE it ! Sara has a relaxed way of instructing, creates a lovely atmosphere and ensures as part of a class everyone gets individual attention ! The room and equipment is first class. I really look forward to my pilates classes every week for some me time
Fantastic experience: I joined Sara’s reformer class in February as a complete beginner with no previous reformer experience and knew instantly I’d finally found a class I love. Sara is such a warm, kind and patient instructor, giving great attention to form and ability of each classmate, checking in weekly with each of us on how we felt after the previous class. At the beginning, I never thought I’d be able for the more advanced exercises but my strength and ability improved rapidly along with my confidence thanks to Sara’s guidance and instruction. She believes in you more than you do Each class is fun, unique and so thoughtfully planned that you are never bored and go away feeling stronger and 2 inches taller!
Fantastic experience: I love this class. After trying floor pilates on and off for years I don't think I could go back. Sarah has developed such a holistic approach to pilates. Her approach is so individual and she's very responsive to injuries and fluctuating energies. Always encouraging and Mindful of your overall ability , pushing and encouraging but also so understanding that energies can vary day to day. Its in the complete opposite direction of where I live but I'll scramble traffic to get to her class. The waiting space is beautifully decorated and the studio is bright and airy with equipment that's well minded and cared for. I love .
Fantastic experience: Sara in Mindful Movements is a wonderful instructor. I started only a few months ago as a complete novice to Reformer Pilates and Sara takes time to break down and explain each exercise so well. No matter what the level, she gives different options for each exercise from beginner to the more advanced levels. Sara knows my capabilities and continues to challenge and push me in the best way possible. I thoroughly look forward to my class every week!

Fantastic experience: I started in Sara’s reformer Pilates class November of last year and to be honest I’m so happy I did . From the first class to present Sarah has been nothing less than professional,knowledgeable and most importantly has a genuine care for each one of her clients which you can see comes very naturally to her . I began with one class a week and have now gone to 2 a week ,the results I’m seeing in both mind and body are so positive !! I highly recommend you try one of Sarah’s classes,I’m so glad I did
Fantastic experience: Mindful Movements is a fantastic Reformer Pilates studio in Galway city. The studio is lovely bright and cheerful with excellent equipment. However, what makes Mindful Movements truly special is the phenomenal instructors. Sara is the most amazing teacher, and it is a joy to attend her classes. Her expertise and knowledge of anatomy coupled with her warm personality and wonderful energy offer a very special experience for students. She gets to know her students and gives individual and personal attention to each, providing modifications to cater to different levels and to accommodate injuries whilst supporting and encouraging ongoing progression. I leave the class feeling more strengthened, energized and connected to my body! I couldn't recommend the classes more – truly second to none!
Fantastic experience: Sara is a fantastic highly trained instructor with invaluable experience. She creates a friendly relaxed environment in her rooms. She takes the time to understand any areas of concern you may have and provides targeted exercises to improve your well being. The workouts are challenging but enjoyable and have helped my overall fitness. Classes give you a great workout. Sara shows us the different options for each exercise from beginners to the more advanced levels to support or challenge as needed. Each exercise is explained in detail broken down step by step and explained as to how it affects the body I would highly recommend Sara’s classes at Mindful Movements
Fantastic experience: I have been attending reformer Pilates classes for a few years which I really enjoy. Sara’s excellent instruction and encouragement has greatly helped improve my fitness . I actually look forward to the class. Sara ensures that my technique is correct to avoid any injuries and through observation will add in modifications throughout the class as she sees fit. Fantastic experience: Classes are super challenging and tapered according to clients ability. Weekly sessions are varied and progressive. Any injuries/ limitations are accommodated and worked through. I started Reformer Pilates as a novice and have progressed to the point where I feel strong, toned and capable of exercise I would have considered impossible at the start. Love Sara’s weekly classes!
Fantastic experience: I was new to pilates and nervous to join, but Sara made everything so much easier and paid attention to everything that I wanted to work on and was very clear on how to do so, was also very accommodating for when there would be a change in schedules , definitely would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Have been going to Sara’s Pilates classes for 2 years now and cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone interested in trying Pilates at any level. I came in as a complete beginner and have enjoyed every minute as I’ve progressed, increasing my core stability, strength, flexibility and fitness through Pilates. Sara is a great teacher who makes everyone feel relaxed and comfortable in her classes and adapts all classes for different abilities. I always come out of there feeling fantastic! Fantastic experience: New to Galway and new to Pilates, I was nervous to join but Sara has the best energy of any fitness instructor I've ever met. Her powerful knowledge and ability to make you step outside of your comfort zone whilst creating a safe space for you to do so is second to none. Fantastic experience: I joined mindful movements recently on the recommendation of a physio after surgery. I was nervous at first but Sara put me right at ease, her knowledge of everything movement and anatomy is excellent. I still find it hard to believe that such a wonderful service is right here in Galway, and even more so that I didn't even know it was here until now.

I always had been training in gyms and other kind of sports, I joined Sara´s class just to try something else new and now I´m in love with her classes. Sara O´Reilly is a brilliant teacher. I like the way she is giving personal attention to everybody during the class and modifying the exercises to helping people to meet their goals & improve their wellness and strength. Fantastic experience: This is an attractively presented, well equipped Reformer Pilates studio with an excellent teacher in Sara O'Reilly. The classes suit people of all abilities from young competitive athletes to older, unfit people with injuries. If needed, Sara modifies the exercises individually during the class to suit participants' specific capabilities while encouraging us to continually try to improve. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Mindful Movements is a fantastic Reformer Pilates studio in Galway. Sara is an amazing teacher and her classes are second to none She is extremely knowledgeable on anatomy and gives personal attention to every student in every class. She remembers everyone’s niggles and injuries and tailors the exercises accordingly. The studio is lovely with plenty of space between each bed. The equipment is excellent, in addition to each carriage there is a springboard, tower and chair. I look forward to more classes and would highly recommend
