Fantastic experience: After two weeks of pain that I couldn’t even pinpoint myself, Richie identified the source within minutes. Couldn't recommend more highly. A professional.

Fantastic experience: Richie is a fantastic physiotherapist. I went to see him after 10 months of arm pain and stiffness that left me unable to do any of my normal training, and at times unable to even lift a cup of tea or sleep properly! I had already been to my GP, had a MRI, had multiple sessions with another physio, and multiple sessions of acupuncture, but I couldn't seem to recover fully and it was really frustrating. When Richie saw me, he said that the origin of the issue was likely coming from my back and not my arm. I was doubtful, as everyone else I had seen said it was an arm issue, but as I had tried everything else already with little success, I followed his treatment plan exactly. After just 3 appointments my arm is now completely fine!! I can barely believe it, as I had the issue so long that I had wondered of I would ever get fully healed. A few weeks ago I couldn't put any weight on my arm, and now I am back lifting weights, doing burpees and planks without any issues. Thank you Richie. I am delighted!

Fantastic experience: I started to develop some shoulder and neck pain and having difficulty turning my head to the right, late last year (2024), and googled some physiotherapist near to me. I came across Richie and was very pleased to see that he worked evening and has a booking online sevice, which suited my work schedule as a carer/pa. After 3 visits, of going through exercises and stretching and 2 sessions of dry needles which was painful but affective, I am fully recovered. No pain or stiffness and can look over my shoulders better. He gave me an exercise programme to follow to help prevent this issue arising again. I found Richie to be very nice, explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend him and hopefully I will never need to visit him again but if I do, I be back. Would highly recommend Richie.

Fantastic experience: Richie was my last hope before steroid injections. I could barely move, had a bulging disk in my neck and nerve pain down my arm. He asked me to try a few sessions before agreeing to the steroids and I am so glad I did! The dry needling is painful but combined with the exercises and massage, my life was literally changed! Fantastic experience: Richie was recommended to me by a friend when I first started suffering with lower back pain. He quickly identified the muscles that needed strengthening and though dry needling and a series of varied exercises the pain ceased. Following on from these visits he also provided a detailed exercise plan to continue weekly to rebuild muscle tone and prevent reoccurring back issues. An excellent and professional service provided in a calm and relaxed environment.

Fantastic experience: I went to Richie recently with knee pain. Within minutes, he was able to identify that the pain was stemming from my hip. He treated the injury and showed me some exercises I could do at home to help. The after service care was fantastic; he sent videos of the exercises I needed to do and followed up with me in the weeks following to ensure the pain had eased. Would 100% recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from pain underneath my collarbone for several months. It impacted me a lot as a swimmer though I was convinced I could take care of this by myself. However, as the pain began to get worse I asked Richie for help and he absolutely provided that for me. After an hour of woeking with him my pain was gone and ever since I have been working on the mobility of my upper body with a couple of Richie's exercises. Apart from some flare ups I am feeling great again. So thanks Richie, I am so grateful!!

Fantastic experience: Richie is super at what he does. Diagnoses and then gets on with the treatment, which isn't always pleasant! But he gets the results. His dry needling work is second to none and so effective. Richie is so appropriate in his approach to protecting one's dignity, something which I consider very important as a female client. Follow up treatment and rehab programming is excellent too. I can't recommend Richie highly enough. Thanks to Richie I've been able to make a return to gym work after a long absence.

Fantastic experience: For many years I've had nagging knee and lower back pain issues, and have treatments from various physical therapists. While they were all good, they do not compare to the amazing dry needling (yet painful) treatment that Richie gave me. I remain surprised at how immediate the relief was, recognizing that I still needed to resolve the cause of the pain. I believe that I continue his course of treatment, the issues I face will become a distant memory.

Fantastic experience: I went to Richie for shoulder pain. He fit me in on a Saturday at short notice , really helped with the immediate pain and gave great advice and a clear exercise programme to keep the pain at bay. Checked in regularly to make sure things were okay. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Went to Richie with wrist pain from playing golf. After an examination, Richie gave me a few exercises to do at home which were very easy to follow as well a massage technique for the forearms to ease the wrist pain as well. After a few weeks the wrist pain was completely gone. Can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Went to Richie with what I thought was an achilles injury, a quick exam and a few questions later and he was able to tell me it wasn't. I received a comprehensive list of exercises and some dry needling to sort the problem and I have not had to return for the same issue since. Very professional service and available for questions via messages afterwards too. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: I went to Richie recently with a sore swollen ankle. Richie accommodated me with a night time appointment as I could not attend during the day. He gave me treatment and wrapped the ankle which gave me some relief. He showed me exercises to do and gave a link to further exercises that would help. My ankle has healed now. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richie.

Fantastic experience: I had unexplained pain in my ankles, both my feet and ankles were swollen and I had extremely poor mobility. My doctor couldn't diagnose what was wrong and wanted to send me for an MRI. Richie listened to me and took time to ask questions, he was able to identify the issue within ten minutes. He performed dry needling to relieve the tightness and pain in my legs and gave me exercises to do at home to help in my recovery. Richie followed up with me a few days later to see how I was getting on, and we agreed I should have another treatment. I was much improved after the second session and was delighted to be pain free and mobile again. Richie is excellent at what he does, he is so professional and knowledgeable and will have you back to your best in no time!

I brought my 14 year old son to the clinic to see Richie ,he has problems with his Achilles and arches and this was restricting him from playing football as he was in pain when ran or kicked the ball .Richie worked on him in the clinic and gave him excersise to do at home he simplified how it was all going to work . Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Richie enough. Breaks down what is happening from a technical perspective but with easily understood language. Once you understand *why* something is happening it is so much easier to commit to a rehab programme. Mine was comprehensive - including video examples - and "simple"; all exercises were done at home. Running with pain at ~800m to a 5k pain free run a few weeks later. No better endorsement.

Fantastic experience: Two days before flying out to Santiago de Compostela to do a section of the Camino I had a stabbing pain in my right foot. I was unable to walk and it looked like I would have to cancel my trip. One hour with Richie and 24 hours later I had no pain left. Less than a week later I walked 30km over one day. Fantastic experience: I messaged RW Sports Injury Clinic on Sunday morning looking for an appointment ASAP. Within 10 mins, the appointment was set for the following day at 12. Richie advised dry needling for my problem, showed me what I needed to do ie exercises and stretches and I left my dry needling session able to walk straight and armed with all the videos for my remedial exercises. I would highly reccomend RW Sports Injury Clinic and will definately be going back with any injuries or problems in the future.

Fantastic experience: I went to Richie because I injured my back deadlifting. I felt pain in my lower back for 2 weeks and it was putting me down a lot. Just standing at work was painful. Richie was very professional about the session and included a lot of different things that could help me. Doing the exercises daily helped a huge amount and my back feels much better now. Fantastic experience: I sustained a knee injury which 3 doctors thought would need surgery. Upon a recommendation I contacted Richie and after 4 sessions of physio my knee felt back to normal again and I was able to do the basics again like walking, running, playing football with my kids again etc etc. I couldn't recommend Richie more. Fantastic experience: As a chef without work for almost a year, my body didn't respond well to being back on my feet 10/12 hours a day once lockdown eased. Thankfully, after a visit to Richie and his exercise routines I'm moving freely and my back hasn't felt this good in a while.
