All my classes are based on safe spine techniques as taught to me by Doctor Stuart McGill and Rebecca Leone. I am grateful for the scientific information that has been imparted to me and I implement in all my classes. I also utilise the training of Katy Bowman, Biomechanist and all the safety elements contained. The classes are a mixture of somatic release, strength building and relaxation.
