Fantastic experience: I joined Carmel's pregnancy yoga classes 3 weeks ago and honestly it is the highlight of my week. Not only is it a great opportunity to meet other soon to be mums in the area but Carmel really focuses in on what the group needs. The stretches and poses are really helping with my tight hips and I have gained some super tips for poses and breathing techniques for labour. Would highly recommend the classes
Fantastic experience: I really enjoy going to Carmel’s pregnancy yoga class every week. As well as helping with any niggling muscle pain that I’m having during my pregnancy, it’s also a lovely community with lots of knowledge sharing. Cannot recommend the class highly enough!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Carmel's pregnancy yoga classes. I also feel great afterwards and have a wonderful night's sleep! I can't wait to continue with her after baby arrives.
Fantastic experience: Great classes to keep you moving during and after pregnancy. Carmel really puts a lot of emphasis on creating a community, and a space for mums to connect while doing some gentle movement and strengthening - good for the mind and body!
Fantastic experience: I attended both pregnancy yoga and post Natal yoga with my daughter. Carmel is a fab teacher with so much knowledge around yoga, babies and pregnancy! We love going to our classes and getting some yoga done

Fantastic experience: I love going to Carmel’s classes. Firstly, I attended prenatal yoga and found it very beneficial for body and mind in preparation for birth. It helped me ease some pains of the third trimester, and I loved the breathing exercises, the yoga ball sequences and the useful chats. After birth, I've signed up for mum&baby yoga. I enjoy going to the classes with my little one, taking the chance to gently move and connect with other mums. Last but not least, the baby massage classes with Liselotte are also lovely. They helped me bond even more with my baby, and he enjoyed both the massages and looking at other babies. I highly recommend all these courses! Thanks Carmel for creating these amazing spaces to share and connect with other mums!

It’s been so lovely sharing your pregnancy journey and then having you and baby Leonardo in the mum and baby yoga classes. So glad you enjoyed the baby massage too. It’s a great tool to have for for calming baby and easing minor ailments.
Fantastic experience: Carmel's pregnancy yoga classes are great. She makes the classes accessible to anyone, I had bad pelvic girdle pain and she was so helpful with adapting certain postures etc so as not to further aggravate it. I always left her classes feeling much calmer and happier. The same can also be said for her Postnatal yoga classes. You always feel better after going, there's a lovely sense of community and it's nice to be able to still do my yoga and bring my baby. Thanks Carmel.

Fantastic experience: Finally on my third baby I got the opportunity to do baby massage and mother and baby yoga. The 4 week baby massage course with Liselotte is a lovely way to learn a new way to bond with and soothe your baby. It's a gentle and warm class, which gives you a chance to talk to other mums. My baby enjoyed the massage and songs and games - he was fascinated by the parachute! While the massage focuses on baby, the yoga is more about mum. The mother and baby yoga is such a great way to get back in contact with your body post partum. Having a dedicated time set aside for me to stretch and strengthen is really important. Carmel is a great teacher, and you can tell both she and Liselotte know their stuff and are passionate about what they're doing. I couldn't recommend yoga mums highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Carmel’s mum and baby yoga is such a fantastic class that I would highly recommend to any new mums. This class is relaxed, fun and supportive where you can get together with other mums and their babies to practice yoga that specifically helps with post partum recovery, led by Carmel. I love that I can feed my baby when needed, and stay and chat to the other mums afterwards. The babies love watching the different poses and really enjoy the songs that we sing to them. Carmel also goes above and beyond to create opportunities for the mums in her classes to meet, chat and build new friendships. It is a lovely network to be a part of.

Well done for getting yourself along to postnatal yoga to look after your health in the postpartum period as this will have a very positive effect on your long term health. And yes it’s so important for new mums mental health to get out and meet other mums and build new friendships. It is a lovely network.
Fantastic experience: The Mum & Baby yoga class is a brilliant class to do while on maternity leave and it gives you a good and healthy reason to get out of the house with your little one. Carmel creates a relaxed atmosphere, the exercises are helpful to get back into shape and it’s fun for the babies as well. Also a great way to meet moms and share stories, as most of the group stays for coffee after.
