Fantastic experience: I go to elles hot yoga class every Tuesday and it is absolutely fabulous! I sleep so much better, I am so much calmer during the week.. there is also meditation included at the end of the yoga which is so magical. Cannot recommend her enough! It’s the highlight of my week x
