Yoga Dublin - Ranelagh: Opinions
Fantastic experience: Beyond expectations! The teachers here are so in tune with their practice and it is felt in the incredible energy during the sessions. Did not imagine to find this many quality teachers in one place. Value for money and more. Very grateful to have found it.
Fantastic experience: A wonderful oasis of yoga and mindfulness exercise that’s helped me find inner peace and better flexibility.
Thank you Melissa! So happy you are enjoying your classes - Mignon
Fantastic experience: I had my first class at Yoga Dublin this week and it was a great experience. The studio space is clean and calming. I took a Pilates class with teacher Ayça and she was excellent - clear instructions and encouraging. After the class I had a very yummy chai latte at the cafe just outside the studio.
Negative experience: Worst yoga studio in Dublin who would start and close door at 7:25 for a class at 7:30. No one at the reception no one to open the door for you. Totally opposite of what a yoga studio should be welcoming and accepting.
Hi Ankit, I see you were booked into our new studio Harold’s cross. On the surveillance cameras you didn’t appear at the time specified. If you by mistake went to the wrong studio. Please email us we can ensure you don’t lose a pass. Best wishes, YD management
Negative experience: Terrible experience in this place. The first time I attended it was way too overcrowded, they don’t have a proper changing area and the rain had caused a leak on the carpet floor which was unsanitary. They also charge you €2 to rent the mat which is a scam as it should be part of the studio equipment. Regardless I still went back cause I enjoyed the class with Fanella. Arrived literally 2 mins late and was denied the entry. It’s simply unacceptable to have such policy when you’re paying that much for a class. Any other studio in Dublin would have a 5 mins flexibility. You come in looking to relax and de stress and end up leaving pissed off. Definitely not returning.
Hi Laura, thank you for your feedback. Our no late entry policy in place is to ensure a smooth experience for all, but please note we always return the pass to be used again. If this wasn’t the case please email us we can assist you.
The leak was due to unusual heavy rainfall and although out of our control it has been resolved now. As always if you need anything please do email us and we can be of assistance. Best wishes, YD Managment
Fantastic experience: Went to a restorative class with Jeany and loved it! She leads the class in a very soothing way that really helps you unwind and ground yourself. Already booked in for next week and I'm hoping to make her class part of my regular routine
Negative experience: Refused entry after 2 mins late! I barely managed to get out of the house with two young kids and to be refused entry because I was 2 minutes late is absolutely ridiculous and quite frankly isn’t very in keeping with ethos of yoga.
Fantastic experience: Regardless of being a smaller studio, it’s really cozy with good vibes. The staff is lovely and they have the best teachers and yoga classes for all levels. I personally like 2-3 level and inversions and they have plenty of options for that. One of my favourite class is Andrew’s, the 2-3 flow level, great energy to start the week. Highly recommend this studio.
Fantastic experience: A welcoming space, always feels so good to be here :)
Fantastic experience: My first time in this beautiful studio—what can I say? From the moment I stepped in, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely and friendly Aisha at the reception. She made me feel comfortable right away! The team is easy to talk to and genuinely listens to your requests and needs. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Namasté
Fantastic experience: I've been going to Yoga Dublin on and off for years and I really rate the teachers and the classes so after much research I decided to do my 200 hour yoga teacher training with them, best decision ever. Training was of a really high standard and very supportive
Negative experience: I arrived there at 6pm for a class starting at 6 and the gate was locked. They wouldn’t let me in saying I’m late. What a joke. Coming for yoga relaxation and leaving more pissed Roberto is amazing though! I will go see him in other studios!
Positive experience: Great studio, excellent teachers. I've come here solidly for 2.5 years and have loved it. But new tighter validity periods on class passes now means it's unaffordable as I can't get through a class pass on time. Emailed them about it but no reply.
Negative experience: Hey guys, you need to work on the duration of your class passes. Your current plans require people to attend classes at least twice a week without any flexibility. If they can’t make it, they’re asked to pay for an extension, which feels unfair
Fantastic experience: Really good vibes. Very chill. Good place to get into yoga.
Fantastic experience: Amazing classes and teachers, love coming here :)
Fantastic experience: One of the best studios in the city: it’s small and community oriented! Well located, amazing customer service and great team of teachers! For Ballet barre don’t go anywhere else: this is the best class in Dublin! Nikki is a star!
Fantastic experience: Such a relaxing yoga experience on a Friday evening:) There’s yoga mat rentals for 1€
Negative experience: Does not cater to a neurodiverse crowd.Arrived at 7:32am and was denied entry rudely by the staff. Very bad experience.
Fantastic experience: Such a lovely setting for yoga and Pilates classes. The staff are lovely and you can get a coffee afterwards
Fantastic experience: The space is nice, clean and relaxing and the teachers are wonderful
Fantastic experience: Yoga Dublin has truly been a good experience for me. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, creating the perfect space for self-reflection and growth. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. Thank you, Yoga Dublin, for being a guiding light!"
Positive experience: Had a beginner yoga class here. Felt so comfortable and was helped a lot as it was my first Yoga class.
Fantastic experience: My favourite yoga studio in Dublin, fantastic friendly teachers!
Fantastic experience: Yoga Dublin is my favourite yoga spot there is! The spaces are calm and relaxing and the teachers are just wonderful.
Fantastic experience: A lovely place to be :) The classes and teachers are amazing. It’s the calmest place in Dublin ✨ would 100% recommend
Negative experience: Overbooked consistently despite being raised to reception and management on couple of occasion that room is overcrowded and its uncomfortable to properly move and stretch during Yoga class. Plus rooms have no windows so air often feels stuffy and sweaty, making this not a really pleasant or relaxing or hygienic experience. Its a shame as otherwise teachers are nice but management should fix their booking system
Fantastic experience: I did the 1 month membership and it didn’t disappoint. The teachers are wonderful and there is a lovely kind vibe in the studios. I’m especially grateful for the online classes for the days I’m too lethargic to venture out. I attended Amelia’s class just now and it was a great comprehensive experience class.
Fantastic experience: Went to Yoga Dublin-Ranelagh for Ashtanga level 1-2 as a beginner and first time here. I absolutely love it. From a warm welcome by front desk staff and the class instructor who understands the importance of breathing techniques it helps me a lot. Even though the place is small but you will have room for your mat! I rented the mat just for €1! Really recommended and this will be my regular place now!
Negative experience: Overbooked!!! I needed to leave after I arrived because I couldn't physically find enough room on the floor, despite reserving a spot online the day before. No apologies, because the class is made to accommodate 24 people (as the receptionist told me). I mean, you can do sitting meditation and it will be crowded enough, but yoga??? The only math that matters is adding money, it seems... (I've been to classes here before and they were very good)
Hi Tomasz, apologies for your negative experience. We have credited you back the class. We are happy to see you have enjoyed our other classes. If you want to send us your contact details over email we can call you during the week to discuss further.
Best, YD Management
Fantastic experience: I love it, the staff are really friendly and there are plenty of different classes to suit your level.
Thank you Georgina! Delighted to hear you're enjoying the studio and classes - the YD team
Fantastic experience: Lovely studio in a great location. Nicole is a brilliant teacher. Highly recommend!
Thank you Grace - so glad you enjoyed! Colm
Fantastic experience: Yoga Dublin is the best what comes to yoga in Dublin, as the name shows. :) The place is quiet and you get a sense of community once you step through the door. The teachers don't assess you nor put any pressure on you during practice. You follow whatever your body and mind asks you that day. My colleague from work was looking for a yoga studio and I recommended her this place - and now she cannot stop coming to classes!
Thank you Janina! We are glad you enjoyed your visit :)
Fantastic experience: Went to Aine's class yesterday - it was challenging, thoughtful and fun. I live near to this studio and the Rathmines one, and I'm looking for a new yoga place - so gonna get a 6 month pass. Delighted.
We are delighted you enjoyed the class!
Fantastic experience: Great class!
Fantastic experience: Wonderful class, nice teacher and place.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing Prenatal Yoga class with Susie this evening, feeling amazing after it. Safe and comfortable space. Susie is gifted
Fantastic experience: Traveling through — wonderful class - loved the little garden and coffee shop next door. Will be returning! It was lovely.
Fantastic experience: Went to a baby and mam yoga class and it was great, small group, lovely instructor, felt like I got both yoga for myself and engagement with baby, and beside a cute little coffee shop as a bonus
Glad you enjoyed Louise! Colm
Positive experience: Bright studios, friendly reception staff, some great teachers and best of all they give you the occasional free class. I would like a slightly roomier changing room?
Positive experience: Fab place to do Yoga. My happy place with loads oof amazing teachers.
Fantastic experience: Happy with all classes. Friendly and professional staff and teachers. I absolutely love this yoga studio
Thank you for your lovely review! Colm
Positive experience: Good variety of classes (including pilates) and teachers. I would only recommend on line classes for those with previous yoga/pilates experience as most of the classes focus on people participating in studio.
Hi Aileen thank you for the honest review! We have found that the transition back in studio requires more attention to those students- but we do have some online only options too. Colm
Fantastic experience: I was visiting Dublin and found this studio to be very welcoming. Great community vibe and Aine was a fabulous teacher! There’s also a lovely little coffee shop out front which is so convenient for after class. Highly recommend this studio!
Thank you Tammy! Welcome to Dublin and glad to hear you enjoyed our studios. Colm
Fantastic experience: Amazing studio, great teachers, quality classes for all levels! Really just great.

Fantastic experience: I’ve discovered the Yoga Dublin by accident and regretted not finding them earlier! Very easy booking system (and an app!), lovely teachers and workshops - I became a fan immediately. Much more diverse and engaging options than other yoga studios in the city centre
Radina, delighted to hear!
Fantastic experience: One of my favorite yoga studios. Teachers are superb and well aware of students needs. It has a good variety of classes: restorative/flow/basic yoga, Pilates and workshops. Always warm welcoming to the studio. Although some of my favorite teachers have flew away, still keep some charm and quality
Thanks Blas! We appreciate your loyalty, teachers come and go, but we are always really happy with our team at Yoga Dublin. Colm
Fantastic experience: Great studio and teachers, very modern.
Negative experience: tyt
