Fantastic experience: I am currently undertaking the Yoga teacher training with Judy and Yago Yoga in Limerick. I can safely say that it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. If anyone is considering taking up yoga teacher training with the intent to teach or to deepen their practice and understanding then I cannot recommend this course enough!

Fantastic experience: Yago Yoga is a gem! I completed my teacher training here in the month-long intensive course and within three weeks, my life was transformed. Physically, mentally and emotionally stronger - and (surprise!) softer, more kind, more calm. The teachers are incredible people. They are all different and uniquely equipped to educate students on the deep and wide practice of yoga. I now feel equipped to teach 200 hour level classes; I feel equipped to walk alongside people in their individual practices; I am excited to hold space for others and invite people of all ages into their own personal practice. If you are considering the one month intensive course and are afraid it'll overwhelm your senses and change your life - it will! And for the better. Go for it - give Yago a chance and change your life - and in so doing, open the way for others to change and grow!

Fantastic experience: Warm, inviting and friendly. All of the teachers are wonderful. I would highly reccomend stability with Sean Thursday evenings. His direction is perfect and I feel I really get the most from my poses in his class. Lovely energy everytime you walk in! I would highly highly reccomend

Fantastic experience: I went to Olwyns class on Friday evening and absolutely loved it. I was tired from a long week but felt great after, really glad I went! Olwyn was great, really good at explaining exactly how to get into each pose which made the class so easy to follow! I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried a mixture of the classes. A great range in levels. Something for everyone. The hot/ fire yoga for those looking to push themselves to the relaxing more meditative classes, all perfect after a stressful day at the office. You come out floating. The different locations are very handy to mix and match between work and home. The instructors are all lovely and pleasant. They allow you to choose your own pace and just let you follow your flow.

Fantastic experience: I am currently doing my teacher training with Yago and it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. My love and understanding of yoga has grown immensely, the tutors on the course are honest, attentive and encouraging. The main course provider is very generous with his time and knowledge, overall a great atmosphere in which to learn.

Fantastic experience: The centre at Avoca in Rathcoole is great, I had one class so far and really enjoyed it, Barbara was my instructor she is very good. Can't wait for my next class.

Negative experience: The biggest mistake I ever made was signing up with this studio. The yoga teacher training lacked substance, was unorganised and skimmed over essential yoga elements and philosophy topics. The owner and main instructor of the course used a cruel, harsh and unprofessional approach with students. This course couldn't of been further from unified and if anything, encouraged separation in every aspect and experience.

Negative experience: The absolute worst course I have ever attended. Often lateness of the tutors, very vague lesson plan and a student running out crying from a group discussion after being humiliated by the owner of the studio in front of everybody are only a few disgraceful traits of this so called ''yoga teacher training course''. First of all, most of the time tutors did not seem like they have enough material to cover all the hours so most of them were just nice loose talk about yoga nad spirituality. Secondly, no practical knowledge whatsoever was introduced. Topics like anatomy, Eastern philosophy, Bhagavad Gita are a must on a course like this. Lastly, a public humiliation performed by the owner himself is a huge disgrace for yoga community! A student after asking a question was meet with a very aggresive response from the ower, Roy Griffin, and it ended up the way I described previously AND no apology from his side. To sum up: Lack of organisation, very unprofessional. No wonder it is the cheapest teacher training in Dublin.

Fantastic experience: Anyone doing yoga should try the crown centre you will be amazed. You will start going to more classes feel stronger in every way and when you have the time slot in a workshop. The instructors are super whether you want a gentle class or something more advance there is so many option. This sounds like a sales pitch I know but its actually the truth. I have noticed first timers coming into advanced classes for there first class and struggling I would advise to if you are new choose a gentle class to start with and work you way up to the advanced class.
