Fantastic experience: I found out about Bewell in July 2023 and attended a few classes of low level Pilates with Miriam first before joining post natal pillates with Laura at the end of August /early September last year. I loved every single class with Laura and highly recommend the class to all new mothers. It was baby friendly and it exceeded my expectations. Huge lovely studio with all new equipment and amazing Laura, who is a mother of a toddler herself. Not only she understood the need of the mothers after giving birth but also she made sure everyone tried to challenge themselves. After an hour of Pilates mothers and babies could stay for tea and chats and bond. This is an important time for mothers to interact and support each other too. I would be so sad to know that post natal Pilates are cancelled due to short numbers. I attended bewell for almost 9 months and would continue if the class still runs around 10/11am until I return to work. It was my pleasure to be a part of bewell with Laura. Fantastic experience: I went to Be-Well yesterday for the first time and got the full body Swedish massage! It was brilliant! I had Gosia as my massage therapist and she was lovely and welcoming right from the beginning! I’ve had many massages over the years elsewhere and I have to say that this was by far the best one yet! She used loads of different techniques that I had never even heard of before and managed to get rid of tension and knots that I didn’t even realise were there! Would highly recommend!!⭐️

Fantastic experience: Cannot rate Be-well highly enough! I've attended workshops, and classes here, all of which have been amazing. Miriam (the owner) is so thoughtful and welcoming as is the rest of the team here. The studio itself is really relaxing and nice and big so you don't feel squashed into large classes which is the vibe I'd be used to, having visited plenty of studios in Dublin/London for years. It really feels like home away from home a few days a week and I could not be more thankful or happy that there is a place like this on the doorstep around Longford! Keep up the amazing work @Bewell team <3

Negative experience: Went to give her a letter and she was very rude and told me to get out even though I was trying to do something nice so I would not recommend going there and she shows a lack of customer skills

Fantastic experience: The most welcoming and cosy space to practice yoga or receive treatments. The variety of teachers means all yoga levels are catered to! Would highly recommend to everyone!
