Fantastic experience: Went to a yoga class with Helen. A gorgeous teacher, very prepared. The class was challenging (as one should expect from an intermediate class), but simple to follow. Well explained, great cues. I would take Helen's classes everyday. Also, the room is very nice, with a view on the mountains — bonus: a dramatic rainbow appeared.

Fantastic experience: Visiting from the US and was looking for a private Yoga session for my husband and I. This is the only studio that returned our email and was a wonderful class with a beautiful backdrop. Highly recommend!

They adjust each class to the ability of everyone in the room, never making anyone feel like a class is beyond them. There love and passion of yoga shines through in all classes. I wish them every success in their beautiful new studio and coffee house and look forward to practicing with them again in the near future.

Fantastic experience: I am lucky enough to attend Navé Yoga Studio here in Killarney, the most amazing studio looking onto Killarney National Park with breathtaking views. Always a warm welcome from Elaine & Adrian, their passion for yoga is infectious, they are joined by Instructors Kara & Brendan equally as passionate & knowledgeable. When lockdown 1 happened Elaine & Adrian were ready to go with their online platform which meant their members could still practice yoga with Navé even though the studios were closed. Right now I am on day 21 of 40 days of yoga , I have a bank of over 75 classes & tutorials to choose from. The choice is endless or I can choose to attend a live zoom class. I can practice a Hatha class , yin or restorative or maybe a more dynamic class like a vinyasa or ashtanga so many options on offer from Navé. This is an great platform so easy to use & something for everyone & every level. I highly recommend it & am extremely happy to have my favourite classes on demand. Next best thing to being in the studio. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Nave Yoga has been a game changer in my Yoga practice. Elaine, Adrian and their team are so professional and welcoming. There is always a friendly warm welcome for every student. I recently completed my 200 hour training and I can honestly say it's the best experience I've ever had. Each student is given 100 percent attention and guidance to ensure they become the best they can be, whatever stage your at on your Yoga journey. I couldn't recommend Navé Yoga enough.
