Fantastic experience: Wonderful safe space for yoga practice and meditation. Breathwork evenings are out of this world. Antoinette has created the perfect ambience for these practices

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience - very warm, caring and therapeutic. Floated home a different woman afterwards . If you want to take a break from the hectic pace of life, relax and practise some self compassion then this is the place for you
