A little oasis of a Holistic & Wellbeing Centre on the outskirts of Birr Co Offaly. The centre boasts one of the Midlands finest Infra Red heated Yoga & Pilates studios. It hosts a wide range of classes for young and old daily. The space facilities a wide range of workshops, tailored Corporate programmes and Holistic educational training at the weekends. The centre also has a small wellness shop that is open on demand. The busy physical therapy clinic which caters for individuals and team sports and is managed by and exclusively ran by Antoinette Larkin. Fantastic experience: Wonderful safe space for yoga practice and meditation. Breathwork evenings are out of this world. Antoinette has created the perfect ambience for these practices

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience - very warm, caring and therapeutic. Floated home a different woman afterwards . If you want to take a break from the hectic pace of life, relax and practise some self compassion then this is the place for you
