I’m delighted to welcome you to the Buddha Lounge. We are a wellness centre offering a range of Yoga Classes and Holistic Treatments to ease your mind, body and soul. We are also hosts to taoilered Wellbeing Retreats, Corporate Workshops & Sports/Team Bonding events. 

Our ethos at the centre is to create a unique safe holistic environment for everyone to experience. Allowing individuals space for healing, growth and wellness.

At the Buddha Lounge my goal to give you the space, time and care to help you destress, refresh and re-energise so you can feel your best. I love nothing more than to hear your positive feedback and to know that the Buddha Lounge is providing some positivity, even in a small way.
