Just minutes from the coast and surrounded by beautiful Wicklow countryside, our studios are conveniently located at 5, Wentworth Place in the heart of Wicklow Town.

A short 10 – 15 minutes drive from Arklow, Avoca, Glenealy, Rathdrum, Rathnew and Ashford, our two beautiful, warm and welcoming studios offer a large variety of Yoga, Pilates & Somatic Movement classes, Mindfulness and Meditation courses, Weekend Workshops and Teacher Trainings for the complete beginner to the advanced practitioner.

We are committed to propagating yoga as an education, a holistic science and a philosophically based practice. The welfare of our students is of utmost importance to us.

We are delighted to now offer Ayurvedic Private Consultations, Ayurvedic Treatments & Therapies as well as Acupuncture and Marma Therapy in our new Therapy Room in the studios.

Fantastic experience: If you want to stay fit and flexible there are classes for you, however Liz is a true scholar of Yoga so if you are interested in how Yoga can improve your life in many other ways come here and listen!
