Fantastic experience: A serene space to practice - so much natural light with beautiful greenery and a trickling wall fountain. The rear window to the Boyle River brings the natural world in and you can hear the distant rumble. Christine is a teacher that leads her classes with gentleness and compassion. You leave feeling rejuvenated and a deep sense of calm.

Fantastic experience: Christine is a highly skilled warm and experienced yoga teacher. Christine teaches a number of forms of yoga and her pregnancy yoga is such a gift. I highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic session on Saturday with Christine in Studio Eleven! We had a large group of 15 in tow, consisting of beginners to seasoned Yogis and all were accommodated with a large comfortable space to themselves. Christine took us calmly through a session that suited all abilities and we all we warmly welcomed and softly guided from start to end. Studio Eleven also has a fantastic shop in the studio to purchase great quality and great looking Yoga gear! There is car parking outside the studio and a fantastic coffee shop (Lovage at the Gate Lodge) around the corner for a well earned coffee after a session :)

Fantastic experience: I just love to escape to this little haven in the centre of Boyle for some yoga, somatics or meditation. It's a beautiful serene space in lovely surroundings, where I feel I can safely reconnect and restore. The warm support of Chrstine and Jane and their wealth of knowledge and experience as teachers make it even more rewarding.

Fantastic experience: This is a great facility for peace of mind and tranquility, spacious and comfortable, to allow one to feel relaxed and renewed. I enjoyed a LIFT2LIFE Somatics Class with Jane, adhering to Covid regulations, I felt perfectly at ease, warm and walked away having felt restored. Her class was gentle, thoughtful with low impact movements and a lovely way to spend an evening unwinding from the day. Will definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience: Christine Stewart teaches and practices yoga with an uncommon authenticity and integrity . It has been my privilege to be both taught by her and to attend her amazing retreat that she hosts on Inishbofin every year. Over the decade that I have known her I have personally witnessed her growth, evolution and expansion to "Be Yoga ". Her offering to the yoga student , is consistent, quality teaching day after day , year after year. The Yoga Shack is where she teaches in Boyle in Co. Roscommon and is a warm welcoming peaceful space. If you are searching for a yoga teacher that is authentic , compassionate , kind , knowledgeable, who is always working on improving what she has to offer to the yoga student , then I suggest look no further than Christine.
