Fantastic experience: Maria is a fantastic teacher her classes are always enjoyable and challenging (ina good way) whether you are a beginner or advanced at yoga. The studio is a beautiful space as well somewhere you can go and forget about the outside world and focus on yourself.
Fantastic experience: Maria’s knowledge of yoga and yoga therapy is impressive. I have been going to her new studio since it opened and it is so warm and welcoming. A great place to meet like minded people. She is an amazing teacher. I would recommend anyone with an interest to go check it out - young or old - beginner or pro!
