Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend the sunset yoga with kayaking, I was a little bit nervous about the kayaking but it was totally suitable for beginners and a really peaceful, relaxing experience on the water is space in the centre to get changed so you’re not cold for the yoga, which was absolutely lovely

Fantastic experience: I've had the good fortune to attend a number of Noeleen's outdoor yoga sessions, introducing me to some beautiful places in Cavan, from a Solstice sunrise at Cavan Burren, Annagh Lake and the beautiful garden at 'Into the Wild'. Noeleen creates a ready ease in her teaching that relates to the nature that surrounds each place. This allows the chance to feel truly grounded. She also ably embraces whatever the elements bring her way and guides you to embrace it too. She's innovative in her ideas for location and space and I look forward to trying more of her yoga experiences in future.
