Welcome to GreystonesYoga, where we invite you to experience the calming and restorative benefits of yoga in a warm and welcoming environment. Located at The Old Schoolhouse in Delgany, our studio offers a selection of in-person classes throughout the week, providing ample opportunities for you to immerse yourself in your practice. Join us on Wednesdays from 7:30 PM to 8:45 PM, Fridays from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM for invigorating sessions designed for all skill levels.

For those unable to attend in person, we’re thrilled to offer live-streamed online yoga classes every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. These classes are recorded and made available for you to practice at your convenience, allowing you to nurture your practice on your own schedule.

The nurturing hands of Ingrid Jaanisoo, the current owner of GreystonesYoga, lead our community. Ingrid also plays a vital role in the well-respected 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course offered by Ríonach Yoga. This course welcomes aspiring teachers and passionate practitioners alike, providing an opportunity to deepen your understanding and integration of yoga into daily life.

At GreystonesYoga, we believe in fostering a supportive community where every participant feels valued. We encourage you to book your spot in advance, complete a Health Questionnaire before your first visit and bring your own yoga mat for comfort. If you cannot attend a class, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation at least one hour prior to the start. Your participation and well-being are our top priorities!
