Yoga classes in person and online. Choose between Ashtanga Yoga, Yin yoga, Slow Flow Yoga and Yoga Nidra. We are based near Cloneygowan (Co. Offaly), Portarlington and Mountmellick (Co. Laois) in Ireland. Yoga Channel subscription gives you access to over 100 online classes and access to our weekly yoga programs. During the year, we also have specialized weekend workshops to help deepen the practice of Yoga.
