Fantastic experience: Great class, friendly, relaxing and sets pace for various levels of ability

Fantastic experience: Muireann is a great teacher, clam and with a good sense of fun too. Her classes are a great and I always leave with that lovely mix of being relaxed but feeling like I have had a great stretch out too. Try it, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Muireann’s Yoga class is so relaxing & calm. Muireann has a wonderful way of explaining and demonstrating all yoga positions that her class is a gentle flow from start to finish. Would highly recommend trying out a class with Source Yoga, Ireland.

Fantastic experience: Muireann’s intermediate/ advanced yoga class is just the right mix of stretching, breathing and difficulty for me. I feel rebalanced and invigorated after each class. It is a great start to the week! I also love her weekly meditation classes. Muireann’s voice is so soothing and the relaxation & breathing exercises really help me reduce any feelings of stress or anxiety. Thank you Muireann!
