The Yoga Lounge is a beautifully designed yoga studio nestled in the heart of Raheny Village, catering to all skill levels from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Founded by Suzanne Quinn in 2013, this welcoming space offers a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Yin, Pregnancy, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, promoting a holistic approach to wellness and relaxation.
Join our vibrant community where you can immerse yourself in a tranquil environment, escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, and cultivate mindfulness through yoga. Our studio features both in-person and online options, with morning and evening classes available seven days a week. Whether you choose to drop in or sign up for membership, booking is essential to secure your spot.
As part of our offerings, The Yoga Lounge also hosts workshops and a comprehensive 200-hour teacher training program designed for those who wish to deepen their practice and teaching skills. Fantastic experience: Gorgeous studio with a variety of teachers, classes & class times. Each class / teacher brings something different. They offer a good range of payment / package offers too. Parking on site which makes it easy & stress free. Love coming here, as soon as you open the door it’s a sense of calm.

Fantastic experience: I done pregnancy yoga with Amy for 2 terms and highly recommend it. The classes felt so welcoming and we got to discuss our pregnancies and what exercises would help with any discomfort which was amazing. Everyone was very friendly too so there was a warm welcoming atmosphere. Such a lovely way to spend an hour a week to care for you and bump

Fantastic experience: It was recommended to me in 2017 to go to Yoga classes in coping with loss bereavement and so choose The Yoga Lounge on a drop in basis. I have found it the absolute remedy in so many ways. I wish to thank Suzanne and her fantastic Team for making it Happen to my hearts content.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful room with all the proper bells and whistles, or more to point the right temperature, smell and sound. The teacher gently massaged my temples with Ylang Ylang at the end of the class while the most beautiful ambient music played in the background. A wonderful experience. I always float home after these class. Almost one month in and I think I'm in for the long haul.
