Positive experience: I Really enjoyed the Yoga Nidra Training in Aruna Yoga. Laura is very welcoming and an excellent teacher and facilitator. I would recommend Aruna and will consider returning in the future for further CPD.

Positive experience: Aruna studio on a cold frosty January morning was a perfect venue for a silent retreat…and Mary welcomed us with a silence that was joyful and light. It was that light touch that Mary embodies so well that made the morning joyful and fun. We rested and listened, danced and walked in winter’s frost and created a beautiful atmosphere of silence. Fantastic experience: On a wet, wild and windy December morning I visited Aruna Yoga Studio Rathcoffey, for the first time. As I entered the studio almost immediately I felt the beauty of this peaceful and calm setting. Fantastic experience: Laura is on a mission to spread the message of embodied yoga to the teachers and students of Ireland. I have completed my 200 teacher training with Laura, and I am currently on my 300 hour journey, and what a journey I am on. Laura has the gift of empowering you the student to go within to find your why, to remember who you are, and whatever else you may find when you are empowered to go within. And its fun, fun, fun. The structure of the academy, allows for teachers to have connection to a wealth of knowledge and to other teachers , whether that is through a CPD course, the 300 hour, or the opportunity to become an assistant to support others on this journey. As we yoga teachers know this journey of growth is never ending, and keeping connected and having access to these amazing resources is vital. Fantastic experience: I recently attended an Aruna Yoga and Meditation Retreat held in Ballyvaloo, County Wexford. This really was a week-end Yoga Retreat worth going to. I found it replenishing, nurturing, great fun and inspiring. I liked the option to do as much or as little as we wanted to, to rest, walk on the beach, take time to chat with others or to be in silence, to participate in how we wanted to in the yoga and meditation practices. Laura is a gifted teacher. She is passionate about what she does and has a wealth of knowledge and experience which she shares in a very accessible and facilitative way with her students. I appreciate her warmth, honesty, sense of humour and playfulness, her invitation to explore and to be curious without judgements, to come home to ourselves and to be more fully who we truly are. I loved the somatic and embodied yoga that Laura did we us on the Retreat and am grateful for the personal learning that came from this experience. How wonderful to slow down, to taste, to savour, to remember who we are. Thank you, Laura and Kate for a memorable, empowering and loving week-end experience. Fantastic experience: I just finished my first training with Aruna Yoga and it won’t be my last. From start to finished the day flowed with a mixture of teaching, advice and lots of fun. Laura has a wealth of knowledge that she delivers naturally to all in the room. The training day definitely ticked all the boxes for me.

Fantastic experience: My experience of the restorative yoga weekend retreat was nourishing and embodying. There was lots of space between yoga sessions for reflecting or walking on the beach. It was a perfect way to wave goodbye to winter and welcome in the spring. I would recommend Laura and her wonderful yoga teachers to anyone looking for a caring and holistic yoga experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been practicing yoga with Laura and Joanne for three years now and I must say they are such lovely, warm and responsive teachers with a huge amount of knowledge. The studio itself is a real oasis in the Kildare countryside and set in the grounds of Laura's lovely farmhouse. I look forward to revisiting it soon but in the meantime the online classes have been a real tonic and the warm connection is not lost at all. Highly recommended :)

Fantastic experience: Tucked away in a little corner of Kildare, Aruna is a modern yoga studio that's not just for instagram yoga enthusiasts! Laura is wonderfully funny and patient, and can offer classes for people of all levels, shapes, sizes and abilities. I had never tried yoga before Aruna and despite having hip problems, I got help adjusting the routine to suit my abilities and got a surprisingly good workout that left me feeling achieved and relaxed. I would recommend the studio to anyone =)

Fantastic experience: The BEST thing I have ever done for my body! I love how Laura teaches in that she explains what, why and how the poses help us. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable (she's been in the game for 30 years!), and makes it easy to follow along. I'm signing up for life!
