Fantastic experience: The slow flow has me relaxed for days after!

Fantastic experience: Abaigéal carried out an online Chair-Yoga class for myself and my colleagues, as part of a company wellness incentive. Abaigéal and the class she ran was the perfect experience for our small company as we were able to take a break from our busy daily schedules, and get some movement, breathwork, and meditation into our day. Some of the employees work remotely so the option to have an online class meant that everyone could participate. Abaigéal was positive, upbeat, and brought a fun and relaxed vibe to the activity. Everyone came away from the experience feeling good, and refreshed as we learned ways to do yoga movements while in our desk chairs which we now often practice throughout our day. Everyone was new to yoga and chair-yoga so the class was perfect for us. I recommend Abaigéal and Firefly Yoga to anyone who wishes to implement some movement into their day and lives, especially those who work a predominately desk-based job. It was a very positive experience and we can't thank Abaigéal enough for facilitating our requests and creating such an enjoyable wellness experience.

Fantastic experience: I have done a couple of Yin Yoga classes with Abaigéal and I really enjoyed it. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding after busy weeks in work.

Fantastic experience: I did a Yin Yoga full moon workshop with Dragonfly Yoga in 2022, it was amazing, the positive, lovely messaging and poetry really lifted my mood for days. Abaigael explains how to get in and out of yin postures and make it very easy and relaxing. My body felt fantastic!

Fantastic experience: I have taken two of Abigéals online Yin classes and I loved them so much. I am a yoga teacher myself, teaching Hatha and flow styles so for me the slow Yin was very different to my regular practice but perfect for destressing and relaxing. She knows her stuff! I felt so at ease being guided by Abigéals voice throughout.
