Fantastic experience: A gorgeous yoga studio in Ballyhaunis, I started attending Louise’s prenatal yoga which I looked forward to each week. Since then I have attended baby reflexology and massage with Tracey Curley- I really loved these classes with my small baby. I also regularly attend Louise’s breathe and flow and Dixie’s yoga class. I love both and really enjoy taking the time out for myself. Highly recommend this studio

Fantastic experience: This studio is a little gem. It's my favourite getaway place! Louise, Dixie and Aine in particular are just fantastic as yoga teachers. All levels are catered for and you're guaranteed to leave feeling energised withall the good vibes flowing!! Thank you for providing an amazing service!
