Fantastic experience: A gorgeous yoga studio in Ballyhaunis, I started attending Louise’s prenatal yoga which I looked forward to each week. Since then I have attended baby reflexology and massage with Tracey Curley- I really loved these classes with my small baby. I also regularly attend Louise’s breathe and flow and Dixie’s yoga class. I love both and really enjoy taking the time out for myself. Highly recommend this studio
