Fantastic experience: Lovely place with lovely staff. I highly recommend it!!

Fantastic experience: Cyrielle is an excellent physiotherapist, she is knowledgeable, professional and has a positive attitude. I first heard of Youtherapies through Cyrielle at a Muay Thai class and shortly after i injured a calf muscle during a run and it seemed to be getting worse by the day. I went for a massage and the next morning the pain was gone, i haven't had any problem with it since. Cyrielle has magic hands and i would recommend Youtherapies to anyone with similar problems.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed a course of postnatal physio classes with Aideen. She is an exceptional communicator and helps everyone in the class to reach their goals of safely returning to normal after the birth of your baby. I’ve also attended other Pilates classes with both Aideen and Cyrielle and they are always challenging but achievable and enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend this physio practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I attended Aideen for a pelvic floor assessment after having my second baby and would highly recommend her to every new mother. Aideen is a true professional. She completes a very indepth assessment before doing the physical examination. She put me at ease straight away, talking me through every step and answering any questions I had. She explained everything but in an easy to understand way. The physical exam really wasn't awkward at all, she is great at making you feel comfortable, and is so easy to chat away to. She gives you advice and exercises to do at home. The space is extremely clean and very private, and all covid precautions were strictly adhered to. If you have had a baby, make it your business to get a women's health assessment with Aideen! I also completed her online postnatal pilates course which was really enjoyable and complimented what I had learnt from the 1:1 assessment really nicely.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Aideen for a number of services - 1:1 physio, pilates and post-natal programme. Aideen is extremely knowledgeable and has been fantastic to work with. I most recently took part in the postnatal programme - this was well-planned, prepared and individualised, despite being in a small group setting. Thanks so much Aideen!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Aideen’s for about the past two and half years, since she has returned to Ireland. I have been a member of her classes but also a client for her physio consultations. Aideen goes above and beyond for all her customers. Her classes are engaging, each one different. She always takes time to look at your form, and will come down to you and show you personally if your form is off. She gives her time and effort for any injury you may have, setting out an individualised rehab programme to get you back to normality as quickly as possible. She has gained a wealth of knowledge from her studies down thorough the years, and is constantly upskilling herself. I had to consult Aideen with an injury during the COVID 19 pandemic. She voice recorded over and back with me giving me a detailed description of my injury. She also went to extreme lengths to make a video showing rehab exercises, all out of the care for her client. Would recommend Aideen to anyone who is struggling with injury or wants a class with a challenge to improve your flexibility.
