Fantastic experience: It is my greatest fortune to have started my yoga experience with Teresa @ Yoga Sacred Space 20 years ago! Little did I know back then the significance it would have on my physical, emotional & spiritual life! I spent many of those years attending class doing the asana, working on my strength & flexibility, balance & breath! All the while unbeknownst to me a transformation was occurring deep within myself. There is no doubt that being in the presence of Teresa as she lives & shares her extensive knowledge of yogic living it causes me to see & be more present to my life & all its wonder!! So I continue deepening my practice with classes, teacher training & workshops! Thank-you Teresa for your precious gifts!

Fantastic experience: I adored Teresa's Yoga Training Course. She has a beautiful delivery style enhanced by her enthusiasm for all things Yogic. In particular I loved to hear her use the traditional Sanskrit words for poses in addition to the English names. For me it was a truly enriching experience. Teresa is graceful, generous with her time & independent knowledge & a truly wonderful teacher ❤️

Fantastic experience: I attend Teresa's yoga class and I think she is an exceptional teacher. Her approach to teaching is both nurturing and empowering. From the moment you step into the class you realise it is more than just a yoga class, the set up is beautiful with candles and flowers and Teresa's amazing radiant energy. She expertly guides the class through the poses, ensuring each student feels comfortable and supported regardless of experience level. At the end of the session, Teresa guides us through a meditation that allows the class to fully absorb the benefits of the practice. I always leave the class feeling more balanced both physically and mentally with a deeper connection to myself. I highly recommend Yoga Sacred Space to anyone looking for a holistic and heart centred yoga experience 5 Stars ✨️✨️✨️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: To say Teresa’s yoga classes/workshops are AMAZING is an understatement. She’s just fab. She provides a non judgemental space to explore what yoga has to offer, with a teacher that’s is sublimely experienced, and you know you are in safe hands. And it’s craic!!! There are laughs, cause a light hearted approach is always a winner. In my last class I listened with one ear to a vibey remix of Riders on the Storm, while tuning another ear to Teresa’s insightful instructions, and tuning another ear to my inner voice. That’s how good her classes are: you don’t just open your third eye, you open your third ear too!!! I swear the spirit of Jim Morrison walked the room at savasanna!!! Fantastic experience: My love for yoga came from meeting Teresa when she came to my secondary school 10 years ago. It was something different to PE so I went for it and I just thought it was magic. I started going to her classes regularly when I was 18 and she has become a lovely friend/teacher/second momma to me I’ve learned so so much about myself, how to live better and love more. If you’re a young yogi or curious about yoga and what it’s all about it would be very much worth a visit to Wicklow to her home Shala to hear the wisdom and do some sweating. Her classes are a perfect mix of spirituality and physicality

Fantastic experience: Have an ongoing back problem. I had weekly individual sessions with Teresa online. During my time with her my back pain resolved learned so much of influence of breathing and relaxation ( beautiful voice) and appropriate way to do my exercises. Best ever yoga teacher

I love her yoga space with an infra red lamp and other delights to add to the zen and healing vibes. Fantastic experience: Teresa is an intuitive, wise, beautifully energetic, empathetic teacher and teacher trainer, with many years experience. I have signed up to many of Teresa’s training sessions. She is very fair with great business acumen.

Fantastic experience: I joined Teresa's online yoga space back in April 2020. I found the classes a lifesaver during lockdown and continue to enjoy them still. The classes are so varied and over the past five years have accumulated into a source that I can choose from as well as joining Teresa's weekly live sessions. I absolutly love Teresa's gentle and knowlegable teaching style and having access to the online studio to support and promote a home practice is a gift.

Negative experience: I never leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share this experience. I had a disappointing interaction with Teresa regarding a refund—terms were not clearly communicated, and the follow-up was unprofessional and really upsetting. I ended up losing €200 after being initially told it would be a small fee to facilitate a refund. While I believe Teresa may be a great yoga teacher, the business side of things was handled really poorly and I was blocked while I politely requested a refund. I hope this feedback encourages clearer and professional communication going forward.

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute luck of being blessed to find Terese shortly after moving to Wicklow Town. I had done some yoga before and wanted to keep doing yoga. I would be quite unfit but am able to keep up and find Terese very helpful and understanding. Helped me a lot when I had issues with one of my glutes and also does one to one

Fantastic experience: I live in Boulder Colorado where it’s known as the land of the healthiest people in America and maybe even the world! Yoga studios are everywhere you set your eyes and some of the worlds best yoga instructors live and teach here in Boulder. I am originally from Wicklow Ireland so I go home every year to visit my Mom. Knowing Teresa’s yoga classes are waiting for me gives me great peace of mind because I actually come back to Boulder stronger from her unique and unbelievably professional approach!! I wish I could move her to Boulder! Just meeting her is so uplifting so if you are lucky enough to take one of her classes don’t hesitate! You will walk away feeling centered and better in your body. Fantastic experience: I remember phoning Teresa to ask her about her Teacher Training course & mentioning that I was in my 50's. She was so lovely & funny & put me at ease. I never felt uncomfortable or under pressure to be anything, but myself. I qualified in 2019 & I began to teach immediately only because I had Teresa to help me whenever I needed her advice. I have stayed o line with Teresa & because of her wonderful classes my love for yoga has become stronger.

I have moved with Teresa through many sacred spaces in Wicklow town and now to this new yoga cyber sacred space. What an amazing lady who can embrace and manage change so effortlessly. Fantastic experience: Teresa I have just taught an amazing dynamic yoga class on another level. All inclusive, feel it, don't think it! love it. One of my students was a lady with a bulging disk, who after 8 weeks of one to one has her full range of motion back and she brought along her husband who is now hooked, but the magic happened in Shavasanah where they both pulled me aside individually after to tell me the tears were flowing. I am so grateful to be able to share the gift of teaching and see the transition happening with my students.
