Fantastic experience: Joseph came highly recommended to me by a friend. I pulled my lower back out badly, I couldn’t stand up straight and found it difficult to walk. After two sessions with Joseph along with the home care advice he gave me.. my back is now perfect! He is an amazing physio and full of helpful knowledge. I cant recommend him enough! Fantastic experience: I’ve had pain in my neck for the last year. Joseph spent time in a consultation that had thorough and nuanced questions. I was so impressed with his knowledge and manner. When I got on the plinth, Joseph was able to find the exact source of my pain and released it with some deep but gentle pressure deep into the neck muscles. It worked! I’ve seen various physio practitioners over the last year but nothing worked as effectively as this. Such a relief! Thank you Joseph I’ll be back for one of your workshops and I’ll certainly tell my friends.

Fantastic experience: I had an initial consultation with Joseph in his clinic in Dundrum today. I was abit apprehensive and nervous before my appointment but I needn't have worried. Joseph put me right at ease the minute I walked into his office. I explained the issues I'm having with my neck/shoulders being very stiff and painful. The consultation was above and beyond what I was expecting. It is very evident that Joseph has a vast amount of knowledge and expertise. I found him to be very kind and understanding throughout my consultation. I'm really looking forward to my up and coming sessions to see where it will bring me on my journey to recovery. I cannot recommend Joseph Devlin highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I came to Joseph stuck on a career change question and he quickly helped me step back and get a deeper perspective on what I was really searching for. Joseph tailored his approach, moving our sessions out of the studio into nature. This approach kept me grounded, out of my head and I came away with insight. We always started & finished by checking in on agreements, expectations, boundaries and I always felt comfortable giving him feedback. I highly recommend Joseph as a coach, he's empathetic & a great listener, but he also challenges you when you need it. He peppers his sessions with a gentle humour (loves a good metaphor :)) and he creates a space where you can be honest, vulnerable and explore a different side of yourself with him as your guide.

Fantastic experience: Joseph is the best Physio I’ve been to and I’ve been to many! Went with a pulled hamstring and worked with Joseph to become completely better. Fantastic experience: I had tendinitis in both my arms from repetitive swimming movements ( training) for over a year .I attended multiple physios and no fix then went to one of Joseph’s ‘Shoulder Mobilty’ workshops and the pain was gone such a relief!Similar symptoms this year after starting swimming again and received more treatment and training tips to avoid it happening again.Thank you!

Fantastic experience: TL;DR: you won’t find anyone better than Joseph in Dublin I’ve attended workshops by Joseph and am being treated 1:1 by him. He’s a great therapist who really cares about his clients, takes his time to explain things and gives you practical advise on how to continue your own treatment at home. Even though deep muscle treatments can be sore, I always walk out of the sessions very relaxed in the end. I really recommend his active recovery workshops, too, as I learned how to continuously treat myself at home. I learned so much from his last hip transformation workshop and it’s really important in my current injury recovery.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended an Active Recovery workshop with Joseph. I highly recommend it! Joseph is very highly educated, and it's made clear in the way he easily conveys anatomy and physiology in a way that's very easy to understand and very applicable to daily life. I learned so much! The techniques that he showed us were brilliant and I am trying to use them a few times per week so that I can have ongoing benefit from the workshop. You leave feeling like you have a whole new skill set to heal your own body. The workshop is truly worthwhile. Thank you Joseph!

Fantastic experience: I can now walk with ease for the first time in 6 months..! Having attended his " active recovery " class in Yoga Dublin & feeling the many benefits of this, I took a 1-on-1 session with Joseph. He employs a very hands-on approach, which is pretty rare in my experience with physio work. Excellent. His use of dry needling was a revelation & provided instantaneous pain relief, improved range of motion & substantial improvement in my gait. He also provided me with a fundamental understanding of my knee issue, which is invaluable in this recovery process. Great work, Joseph. Encore...!
