We offer a variety of workshops, including our popular Italian Yoga & Cooking Retreat and the Soul Seekers Yoga Retreat, providing opportunities for deeper engagement with yoga practices while exploring new culinary delights. These retreats, hosted in Ireland and Italy, promote relaxation and restoration, making them perfect for those looking to enrich their yoga experience.
At MarhehirYoga, we understand the significance of mental well-being and offer mindfulness sessions, EFT practices, and a specially designed Teen Parents Support Programme. Our commitment extends to providing free access to prenatal and postnatal classes for young mothers participating in our support programme, ensuring that we cater to the needs of our broader community.

Fantastic experience: A gorgeous afternoon with Marie for pregnancy yoga workshop. Her beautiful personality shone through the whole afternoon. Her effort and authenticity was so warming and thorough and she expressed so much care and information to us all. a really enjoyable,relaxing,beneficial workshop.will definately be signing up again.

Fantastic experience: Marie has such a warm presence, the minute you walk in the room you feel so welcome. She makes you feel at ease and gives you such good advice on what works for your body during the different stages of pregnancy. The pregnancy yoga was amazing, I find it hard to switch off but found myself totally in the moment and connecting in with baby which was lovely. Couldn’t recommend anymore

Fantastic experience: I attended Marie's pregnancy yoga class before I had my little baby and I absolutely loved them. I really looked forward to them each week. It was so nice to be in a class with other expectant mums. Marie is so welcoming and attentive to each person within her class. Her teaching style is calm, encouraging, kind, and her love for yoga is infectious. I was so confident and calm before the birth all because of Marie and her kind words. I would highly recommend Marie and her yoga class to any expectant mums.

Fantastic experience: I joined Marie’s pregnancy yoga class once i entered my second trimester. I have never had such a warm and welcoming environment to a class before! The care and attention given to all participants is second to none. I have also attended one of her workshops, such a fabulous environment created in both spaces, I cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Marie was such a pleasure to meet, she is one of the loveliest and sweetest ladies I have ever met! From the moment she saw me she was super welcoming and friendly. She creates a very relaxing and peaceful environment and all the yoga moves incorporated really help with our changing bodies, I was feeling hip pain from being 7 months pregnant and after taking her class it was gone. I truly enjoyed it and highly recommend you try it out! She is very kind, considerate and super positive about all things related to birth and babies!❤️ thanks so much Marie, I hope to see you again and bring my little Noah to the yoga classes for mommy and baby!
