Ashgrove Yoga is a homely, relaxing and welcoming yoga studio located in a rural but easily accessible location in Wexford. We teach various styles of mat based and Aerial Yoga. We have regular classes and workshops to suit complete beginners to intermediate levels. The studio has been established for over 6 years. Owner and teacher Tania Murphy is an experienced Yoga Teacher, certified Medication Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and Holistic Counselor with a special interest in back care and spinal health.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this yoga studio enough. Tania is an exceptional teacher, the studio is beautiful - warm, bright and spotlessly clean. I wouldn't be without her weekly classes in Hatha and Yin yoga.

Fantastic experience: Best place to go for Yoga and Reiki! Loads of different classes to suit everybody. I personally really enjoy the workshops. Tania is really fun to be around and the Studio is just amazing! ♥️

Fantastic experience: You can see far away through the large balcony windows, while practicing since the studio is located on the top floor The teacher was lovely and easy going. We will definitely return even we have to drive again all way from Dublin! It was worthy.
