Fantastic experience: Brilliant headstand workshop with the girls. Never thought I would be able to do one but they broke everything down so well into steps that meant achieving it was accessible to everyone!

Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars I would. Claires classes in her beautiful Align studio have made me fall in love with yoga all over again. Her classes are fun, challenging and I always leave feeling happy and empowered. Claire is so positive and encourages her students to do their best while also being respectful of everyone's individual limits. Would highly recommend Align yoga where there's a class for everyone ♡

This coupled with Claire's beautiful gentle nature, has created a really powerful space for personal growth, physically, emotionally, spiritually. Fantastic experience: I love the studio. Very bright, airy, clean and welcoming. The yoga classes with Claire are challenging but extremely relaxing. Her ideas for classes are fantastic with drop ins, Saturday morning meet ups, restorative, beginners and improvers, men and women. Something for everyone. It's only open a few weeks and already becoming a small community hub. I just love it.

Fantastic experience: Claire’s yoga studio is a little oasis in the heart of Cavan Town. The studio itself is beautiful and inviting. From the mats to the eye pillows every little detail has been lovingly brought together. Claire is a very gifted and encouraging yoga instructor, her classes never fail to leave you feeling so much better than when you arrived. The little extra touches like beautiful poetry, aromatherapy oils and fitting music make every class an uplifting and wholesome experience. To cap it all off there’s a lovely little coffee shop across from Claire’s studio. A perfect little treat after a class. I would highly recommend Claire’s studio and classes.

Fantastic experience: Signing up to a course of yoga with Claire has been one of the best things I've done for myself in ages. The studio is warm and welcoming. Claire herself is always very prepared for classes and makes everyone feel comfortable with gentle individual guidance and alternative poses when needed. Every week the class is slightly different and she shares different little words of wisdom/intentions depending on what we are doing or the time of year/month. Every Thursday I'm in top form after my morning class and ready for the weekend ahead.

Fantastic experience: Just the most amazing space! Claire is an incredible instructor and creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to keep going back. The yoga is challenging but extremely rewarding, I would recommend her classes to absolutely everyone.

Fantastic experience: Claire’s new yoga studio is amazing. She goes above & beyond to create special yoga classes - poetry, beautiful scent from the incense sticks, provides all props, oil for pulse points, info on breath work, moon phase, Celtic calendar & much more. She has so many different workshops on offer, there is something for everybody. Cavan is very lucky to have such an amazing Yoga Studio!!!
