Fantastic experience: Great place to workout. The facility is brand new and quite well set up. There is a vast number of equipment and weights for different training styles, and classes are available throughout the day. There's also personal training sessions available that can be booked throughout the week. HD does have everything you would expect from a large modern gym and should suit most people's needs. The staff is also very helpful and friendly, which is always a nice bonus.

Positive experience: Is a good and cheap gym. Well is the only one in Blessington at the moment. Has all the equipment needed to do your workouts. You have to make sure is no class in the gym area when there because is not much space to move around. The classes they do look deadly but I never joined one.

Fantastic experience: A 5 Star experience with 5 star results A simple 20 second photo call to HD Fitness Blessington got me a free Trial which allowed me to never look back. There was no filling in of a 5 page form or a meeting with an instructor, because the call I made went straight to the Managing Director “Matt” who had been there many a times before when a nervous Potential Client rang to enquire about getting back on the road to feeling good again. He explained that the hardest thing I would have to do is turn up the 1st morning to get started & he was soo right. I got to an early morning 30 minutes hit classes. I was 14st 1lbs & I had 34% body fat, but I never felt better after doing the class & I realize now it was because you go at your own pace but the music, & moviation from Matt & his fellow instructors kept you going throughout. Added to this that the classes have an average of 12 members you don’t get lost in the crowd. For my monthly fee of €49 I had full access to the gym, the equipment & all the early morning classes & evening ones. I signed up to this for the minimum 3 months & my result after 4 months are my weight has dropped to 12st 3lbs & 23% body fat. Yes I worked really hard but I’d tried this before in other gyms but sadly it didn’t work for me. Others have availed of the 1 to 1 personal training sessions which are excellent value. Sadly due to moving house I’ve had to cancel my Membership which was just a simple email to confirm my cancellation. To anyone would is in the same situation as I was 4 months ago & are living close enough to HD Fitness please contact the gym as it’s the best decision you’ll make this Year. Fantastic experience: Joined this gym 3 months. The management and staff are first class its a friendly gym with a great community feel to it at a very affordable price. I couldn't recommend to more to anybody starting out or already at another gym. Keep the good work up guys.

Fantastic experience: Been to several gyms and this is my favourite I found the staff ultra friendly and enthusiastic - good selection of classes, weights and machines. Highly recommended if you want to get in shape properly, hard work required and encouraged but there is a nice buzz happening there which I find makes it easier to train. I find the clientele noticeably friendly too so it's a good way of meeting people and there is a bit of a feel to have joined in the community by going. It is slightly rough and ready for example no steam rooms or showers etc, it's old school intensive training and . . . . . . . . . . I love it ! Johnny
