INFINITY Hot Yoga & Recovery Room

Fantastic experience: Our football team have used the Infinity Hot Yoga rooms with Mitch a number of times this year. We have gained huge value from this as a group, while a large no of our players has since become individual members in their own right & attend regularly. The benefit of these classes from an injury prevention & recovery point of view is massive to us. Mitch and his team are very good to deal with and we look forward to building on our relationship into the future.

Even as a complete beginner, I felt supported. There are always modifications and variations offered to suit your individual needs and abilities. I never felt out of my depth as a newcomer. Before I started attending their weekly hot yoga classes a few months ago, I was really struggling with chronic lower back pain. After just a few months of consistently attending classes, I've experienced a level of relief I hadn't thought possible. I have more flexibility, better posture, and the constant ache I used to live with has diminished dramatically. If you're looking for a hot yoga studio in the area, especially if you're dealing with any kind of physical discomfort, I would recommend giving Infinity Hot Yoga a try. It's been a game-changer for me.

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy I found Infinity! The location is great, with plenty of parking, which makes getting there stress-free. The classes are fantastic! They are challenging in the best way possible. I’ve practiced yoga on and off for years but this is the first place that’s made me want to stick to a regular routine. The biggest difference for me has been the instructors, Mitch and Bridget - they’re incredibly helpful and genuinely care about any injuries or limitations you might have. That level of attention makes all the difference. Definitely my go-to spot for weekly sessions in Maynooth!

Weather your experienced or starting out the guys will take care of you. What you get with the gang here is huge knowledge, patience and great guidance. Fantastic experience: Mitch and Bridget have created a really welcoming space in Infinity with a vibe that’s both friendly and relaxed. I’ve tried several hot yoga studios, and for an all round experience you won’t beat Infinity. The classes are focused and good humoured with each facilitator bringing something different through their own personal style of guidance. You are helped grow your own practice with encouraging tips, and the focus is always on safely aligning with your yoga goals. The social aspect of Infinity is nice too, with members feeling free to avail of a chat, grab a piece of fruit, or a catch up on the latest news about the studio over a coffee and bun! I drive from Galway every weekend for the experience of participating in classes at Infinity - which I really value. I think that says it all!

Fantastic experience: A wonderful studio full of friendly, thoughtful teachers. I have been attending on and off for around five years and each time I go back my body thanks me! The studio has a class fit for every level, each with its own twist to provide variety to your yoga practice. The teachers are wonderful at guiding you into poses and gently correcting your posture when needed. Sign up, try a class, have a mental break for an hour and let your hips thank you in old age if you become addicted!

Fantastic experience: Genuinely the best yoga studio I've ever been a member of. Done quite a few studios but this one is at totally different level. Never mind the unique heat element, recovery rooms etc, but it's the genuine care and passion all the guys have there. In a huge class full of people, they not only manage to help every member individually during yoga practice by correcting their asanas etc when they observe or walk around, but they do it knowing everyone's first name! Been a member since last year and can definitely see myself being a member for many years to come! Absolutely the best!

Fantastic experience: Can't speak highly enough of what Infinity do. As someone who's always struggled with injuries and general aches/pains, I haven't had a single issue since attending the classes. The golf -specific class in particular has been great for me and I love that it's perfectly suited to beginners and advanced yogis! Thanks Bridget & Mitch for everything, you guys are amazing!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Infinity, by far the most professional and friendly gym or studio I've ever been to. The staff refer to you by name from your first visit and go out of their way to be as helpful as possible both during and outside the classes. All classes are excellent, particularly if you have any pain or injury.

Fantastic experience: I exercise a lot and really neglect stretching. For years yoga has been suggested to me and honestly I was never interested. Never prioritised it because well, I won’t feel like I’m “working out” and it’s too slow for me! So eventually that mentality catches up on me. I’ve listened to owner/manager, Mitch Bohan promote his hot yoga studio for 3 years now. Eventually I tried it yet thinking it was going to be a once off because it’s too far out of my way! I’m completely hooked. I live for my hot yoga class each week. I really get a sweat on but most importantly I feel my muscles becoming so much more pliable and adaptable throughout the class. The instructors are incredible, unbelievably professional. They are attentive, will always correct posture and poses. I’m greeted by my name and a warm smile every time. And that’s just it, they ALWAYS have time. Don’t knock it ‘til you try it.

The team have created a wonderful environment, where everyone feels welcome and it is always a pleasure to attend the classes. I really enjoy the range of classes that Infinity offers, from gentle Yin to more fiery Yang practices (Evolve) and everything in-between. I also must highlight that the cleanliness and high hygiene standards are impressive, and very much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: I've been using Infinity for their Recovery room facilities since February this year in preparation for my rugby training/matches. Having somewhere located so close to me that didn't involve trekking into the city was ideal. The facilities are top class from sauna, hot tub, cold bath to massage guns and Normatec compression boots it has everything you could possibly need in terms of recovery for a very good price. Mitch and the team are very knowledgeable, welcoming and the place is in immaculate condition! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the classes and team at Infinity. All classes are open to every level and genuinely make you feel so welcome. As a regular runner and equestrian I still struggle with tight hamstrings but all the classes allow you to move at your own pace. I have been practicing yoga at Infinity for about 2 years now, having never done it before, and cannot believe the difference in my body - I could barely touch my toes when I started and I've made slow and steady progress with each class. The team are so encouraging with classes that are both challenging and fun. The atmosphere is brilliant, with a focus on your own practice but in a group setting. Its great for mind and body.

Fantastic experience: Fitter, stronger, less of a tummy and sleeping better. Allow me to tell you my story in brief - 4 months ago my leg buckled under me, I had to hold my leg to walk and in your mid 30’s I wasn’t quite ready for a zimmer frame! After numerous sports massages to no great avail, I thought maybe yoga might help. Over the years I sporadically went to hot yoga but never fully committed, it’s been years since I’d last been. Worry strikes - I’m struggling to put my socks on in the morning - How am I going to do yoga?! What do I wear? What’s the etiquette? I’ve not gone to a class in years! There was no need to fret, as this is where Infinity excel, they have a warm welcoming atmosphere with no pretence. It was that warm welcome where all the awkwardness I was concerned about immediately went away. I started by going to one class a week, then twice, three now four times a week. I have found that the more I go the better I feel mentally and physically. What helps is how great the instructors are, they each have their own individual flair, they show you by example and talk you through how a posture should be done which has taught me how to listen, to tune into the instructor and let go into my practice. The environment that the Infinity team have created is why I keep going and for that I thank them. My skin is better, I can walk without holding my leg, I can put my socks on, I can sit up straight, now I'm trying to get my forehead to the floor with a straight spine, if you told me that 5 months ago I'd have laughed at you. Trust me it's worth it.

The choices you have with the classes are amazing. Not only has it taught me to slow down, listen to my body it has help me both mentally and physically. All the staff are just the most amazing human beings I have ever met. This is truly my happy place. I'm so grateful to continue my yoga journey

Fantastic experience: We tried the recovery room after the Dublin marathon and we found it great. Staff were amazing and the compression boots were great. Legs felt great the next day. Would definitely recommend it

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely place to practice yoga or try to anyway. Friendly faces greet you with nice hello . There is a really nice atmosphere & the studio is nicely decorated & clean. There is a lovely range of classed , there are all levels attending class and the classes cater for everyone, the teachers are very encouraging which is really nice when you're not such a 'Bendy Wendy' ....yet!! I always leave feeling like I got some extra sparkle about me.

Fantastic experience: This is the best hot yoga studio I have had the pleasure to visit. I did the restorative yoga workshop last Saturday and I have to say that it was such an incredible experience. You have got to treat yourself to a restorative workshop . Believe me you won't regret it❤❤

Fantastic experience: I attended the lunchtime Pilates class today, and really enjoyed it. From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed, the atmosphere was very welcoming. It was also my first pilates class and the instructor explained all moves and made sure us beginners were comfortable throughout the class. I would highly recommend attending classes here.

Fantastic experience: Being new to hot yoga I was welcomed into the class and made to feel very comfortable. The instructors are A1 and the other people attending classes very nice. It is a lovely relaxing environment and a great place to be able to escape to during lunch break. No pressure is put on you and you are encouraged to go as far as you can with no judgement. My 30 day trial run is up but I’m staying on! Recommend you try it out.
