Fantastic experience: I first went to see Carol Gordo when I had a really swollen and painful knee. Even though she had a full schedule, she made time to squeeze me in, which I really appreciated. What impressed me the most was her honesty—after taking a look, she told me straight up that I needed to see a doctor and get an X-ray, and that she wouldn’t be able to treat it right away. I found that so professional. She could have just gone ahead with the appointment, but instead, she did what was best for me, which really earned my trust. After my knee started healing, I knew I wanted to go back to Carol, and I’m so glad I did. She’s amazing at what she does. She worked on my knee and the difference was incredible. She’s not only super knowledgeable and talented but also just a lovely person to be around. I felt like I was in great hands the whole time. If you’re looking for an osteopath who really cares and knows her stuff, I can’t recommend Carol enough. She’s earned 5 stars from me!

Fantastic experience: Carolina is truly a magician! I injured my tailbone and couldn't sit without feeling considerable pain for several weeks. The pain persisted, so I decided to schedule a session with Carolina. After just one session, I felt significantly better, and the pain was gone! Although there was still some discomfort, and I couldn't sit for long periods at my laptop, the pain itself had disappeared. After the second session, I felt even better. The discomfort vanished, and I began to feel better than I had before the injury. I hadn't realized it was possible to sit without any discomfort at all. Carolina's space is incredibly cozy, peaceful, and relaxing. Once, I even fell asleep during the session! She clearly knows her craft well, and I'm so grateful I found her. By the third session, I was coming not just for physical relief, but also because my mind felt at ease afterward. I always feel remarkably better post-session. I’m extremely thankful to Carolina for her warm welcome and for helping me feel so much better! I highly recommend her services!

Negative experience: I had an ACL surgery, and I wanted to do my rehab in this clinic since it was close to my place. I had a session with Carol and she said she would send me exercises to do at home, but she never did, I even wrote a note to her, but it was ignored. Then I called her to arrange a second appointment and mentioned I had got pain at the back of my tigh in the same leg I had my surgery, and she said I had to get an MRI, but she hadn´t even seen me!! not really the reaction you expect from your physio. Luckily ´Sports Physio´ is around the corner from her and they were more than happy to take me in as a new patient, I didn´t need an MRI, and my knee improved so quickly. Such a pity VivaBody pushed back on my injury.
