Yoga with Pamela Enright

Fantastic experience: Online classes during covid were extremely helpful. Pamela is a great instructor with kindness in her teaching and guiding you through the poses. I still have to try not fall asleep at the relaxation part at the end of the class! Thanks Pamela, keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: I had never tried yoga before and was some what nervous. The instructor made me feel welcome and at ease right away with a very good persona. Session was very enjoyable and informative. I left feeling relaxed and envigorated.
