Fantastic experience: I joined the gym a couple of months ago, and I'm already noticing significant improvements. As a beginner, they helped me create a tailored workout plan and guided me through every exercise with great attention to detail, ensuring proper form. The classes, especially Spin and Body Spin, are excellent. After my first month, Andrea worked with me to update my plan, checking my form and offering valuable support throughout. The staff's dedication and expertise have made a big difference in my fitness journey. I highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Body HIIT class with Andrea: been to Andrea’s step classes in the past which were always energetic and fun but Andrea’s HIIT class was great, fun and she was attentive and made it seem less awkward. Booked the HIIT class ending up being the only one and she was kind enough to do a personal training HIIT with me for it. Was sm fun and ended up not being uncomfortable being alone. She helped me with all the exercises, making adjustments where she thought I needed it, helped with my form and was easy to understand the explaining, and keeping me motivated throughout (even got the furthest Ive ever gotten with a push up), definitely recommend her Step and also her HIIT on Mondays which is really doable at 30 minutes and none repetitive exercises makes it not draining or dull(even if I’ll be giving up the private training). Amazing and fun! :)

Fantastic experience: An amazing facility with even better atmosphere. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a gym environment and that’s all down to the brilliant staff! Tom is always there with a warm welcome and great sense of humour keep you smiling through those tough workouts!

Only question i would have is if the sauna will be available to use for members anytime soon? It would be extremely beneficial.

Fantastic experience: My family is visiting from the States, but we still wanted to work out during our vacation. Andrea was very kind and helpful and even gave us a tour of the equipment. The gym had a very nice variety of machines; I would definitely go back. Thank you!

Even though we were coming in for just one day she gave us a tour of the facility and helped to get us started so that we had the most enjoyable single workout we could possibly have! She even gave my son some pointers on his weightlifting. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very large airy gym , lots of room, 2 floors lots of excise machines, large workout studio, changing room large plenty lockers ,plenty showers, plenty hairdryers and very clean , this place is fantastic for body builders, the staff here are very friendly and very helpful, also wheelchair friendly there are lifts here to the second floor also a wheelchair bathroom

Staff is super friendly, and they constantly maintain the facility to superb standards. The locker rooms are spacious with shower facilities as well. Really couldn't find a place better. Very comfortable atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve ever been in. Great selection of equipment including some world class machines. You can train nearly anyway you want in here and because of its size I’ve never found it to be too busy. Always has parking available and the staff are very helpful and approachable. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to join a world class gym or even just to pop in for a day to train.

Fantastic experience: Has to be the best gym in all of Ireland. Massive size, has every machine you can think of, very clean, dumbbells go up to a very high weight compared to other gyms and just overall good vibe working out in there. The staff were kind too and made me feel welcomed and the staff even complimented my strength!

I always come here when I’m home for Christmas and the staff are always welcoming even though I’m not regular client which is hard to find in gyms. Lovely girl manager helped me check in and gave great customer service. Thank you team.

Vast range of equipment for everything you need and enough for when the gym is busy. Everything possible from cardio machine to bodybuilding to functional fitness area and stretch area. Vending facilities and merchandise always stocked and available. Inbody scanner free every couple of weeks to stay on track. Staff have created a welcoming and inviting environment for people to come in and workout in.
