Compared to other popular gyms that I’ve been to this is by far the best in terms of vibes, equipments and cleanliness.

Fantastic experience: I find the gym newbridge is absolutely lovely, I’m a newcomer to going to the gym and I find that it is very easy to to go here, there is a wide variety of equipment to chose from and the no photos or video policy makes it very easy for me to feel less judged. The location is great for people looking to commute up as it is right next to the newbridge train station. The staff are lovely and I’ve never had any issue with them, they are very helpful and quick to respond if you need them, absolutely sound and great workers.

Positive experience: Unbelievable gym to be fair couldnt ask for better equipment or staff but the lack off sauna and steam room is inexcusable and its the majority of people's only complaint. Staff are always the most pleasant and helpful people you come across and do the gym a great service.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out has everything you need. Great selection of free weights and the hammer strength machines are top notch. Maintenance on the machines seems pretty regular as well from what I've seen

She kept me motivated from start to finish with a great playlist and killer workout, catering to all fitness levels. Thanks for the warm welcome and such a fun class I'll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym a couple of months ago, and I'm already noticing significant improvements. As a beginner, they helped me create a tailored workout plan and guided me through every exercise with great attention to detail, ensuring proper form. The classes, especially Spin and Body Spin, are excellent. After my first month, Andrea worked with me to update my plan, checking my form and offering valuable support throughout. The staff's dedication and expertise have made a big difference in my fitness journey. I highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Body HIIT class with Andrea: been to Andrea’s step classes in the past which were always energetic and fun but Andrea’s HIIT class was great, fun and she was attentive and made it seem less awkward. Booked the HIIT class ending up being the only one and she was kind enough to do a personal training HIIT with me for it. Was sm fun and ended up not being uncomfortable being alone. She helped me with all the exercises, making adjustments where she thought I needed it, helped with my form and was easy to understand the explaining, and keeping me motivated throughout (even got the furthest Ive ever gotten with a push up), definitely recommend her Step and also her HIIT on Mondays which is really doable at 30 minutes and none repetitive exercises makes it not draining or dull(even if I’ll be giving up the private training). Amazing and fun! :)

Fantastic experience: An amazing facility with even better atmosphere. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a gym environment and that’s all down to the brilliant staff! Tom is always there with a warm welcome and great sense of humour keep you smiling through those tough workouts!

Only question i would have is if the sauna will be available to use for members anytime soon? It would be extremely beneficial.
