Fantastic experience: Linda is a brilliant yoga instructor. Her knowledge and expertise are second to none. Linda’s anatomical knowledge means that her attention to detail is amazing and you really learn how to do the poses correctly and in a way that works for your body. It’s also great fun and I’ve never had a shavasana so relaxing. The studio is lovely, private and super well equipped. I cannot recommend Harvest Yoga enough.
